Holiday rentals with beach access in Arroio do Sal

The space offered is a simple but honest apartment in what it is proposed. It has an excellent location, with direct sea view on a very quiet beach, ideal for families with children. BBQ grill with views of the waterfront is an excellent setting. The rooms are not air-conditioned, but we do not miss the air conditioning, given the apartment, due to its location, provide a great ventilation in all rooms. At arrival, elevator and TV were not working. The host, after communicating these details, was solicitous for the issues to be resolved as soon as possible, to which we appreciate. Another positive point is the showers, as it has a great water flow. Finally, it does mention that the closed garage is excellent, as it houses the car of the direct incidence of the sea and has become the deposit of our beach chairs (brought from home), avoiding having to carry them to the apartment.

The space is not housed, there are 3 apartment on top and three on the bottom. The turbid pool, did not enter (not the same as in the photo). The suite's mattress is Queen, normal bedding can't do. There is no electric jar like in the ad. Although it is airy, we stay on the second floor, I advise to bring a fan because when it stopped the wind it was very hot in the living room/kitchen. Parking is for a car, outside this is on the street. But at first it is safe, quiet and family atmosphere. Air-conditioned rooms were good, slow but good and new washing machine, strong wi-fi, large and good TV, complete and tasteful. Well-equipped gourmet/barbecue space does not need to bring crockery and cutlery. Two small blocks of the sea, with kiosks and saves lives, and a block of a large supermarket and reasonable prices. 🙏😘

Great stay, super clean, organized and squeaky! We love the environment and the hosts. It has everything in the apartment, you don't need to take anything but the clothes and food. We will definitely return. Great sight, ventilation, showers and faucets with very warm water. Market nearby, big garage. We love it!

The house is as described, well located, beautiful, large and comfortable view. We were well received and the accommodations are very good. It is quite complete, with all necessary items for us to feel at home. Worth a lot to spend these pleasant days there. It's definitely at the top of my future preferences.

Our stay was just amazing! Wake Up listening and seeing the sea is like being in a little piece of paradise. The house is super comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We were made to feel very welcome by the hostess Loni on our family outing. Very kind and helpful. The house is great, and it's about a 7-minute walk to the beach. Super quiet place, and it's not too far from the center either. Great location for those looking for rest, and at the same time being close to the center, to walk without having to go too far. There are markets nearby, about 2 blocks away. The sea was also great when we went, forming some "pools" at the edge, and the water was very clean and good!

The stay was great. It has practically everything you have in our house. Good beds and good fans. On the last two nights, an air conditioner was needed, as it was very hot! Well-equipped kitchen. There's just no oven. But nothing that can't be worked around. Mrs. Ivete always answered me with kindness and speed and quickly resolved the situation of the gas having run out. The house is very close to a stretch of beach. And the barbecue was super well used. The backyard of the house is great!

Our stay at Jane's place was great. Jane knows how to meet very well, super attentive, available and ready to welcome! We very much like the house, the location, the sanitation. It was excellent these days that we spent with family! Gratitude is the word I describe.

We felt very comfortable at Hélio's house. A very clean and comfortable environment to rest. In addition to linens, cookware, appliances, etc., we found basic groceries to prepare meals without having to go to the market quickly. The house had the essentials for the first days of the stay. Hélio was always available to give us advice on places to eat and answer any questions we had. A very friendly and helpful person. He put his trust in us and we felt very comfortable. The neighborhood (Praia Paraíso) is a very quiet and family-friendly place. The beach is very nice, as is the sea. You can practically walk along the coast to all the nearby beaches. A heavenly place. .

Ana Paula's house is faithful to the ad, new, well-equipped, with quality furniture and a good swimming pool. The place is pleasant, 5 blocks from the sea and next to a square with sand blocks. Ana Paula and her family welcomed us with promptness and much sympathy. We love it!

Great house, very quiet, a little far from the city, but with the house with a pool all sorted out.

Fairly spacious, airy and equipped apartment. The garage is great, holds off a large sedan. It is close to the molhes, edge of Mampituba and a few blocks from the sea. Inclusive you can see the sea of the balcony.

Lovely apartment, much nicer than the pictures. It had all the amenities and more. The area is great, close to the beach, restaurants and mini markets. If we go back to Torres, it will definitely be to this apartment!

The facilities are excellent, and the location is very good, 100 meters from the beach and between Torres and Capao do Canoa. It's an ideal strategic location to get to know the surroundings of Arroio do Sal. The center is 3 km from the house and is very nice and lively!! The pool area is much nicer than in the photos, we were pleasantly surprised! 100% recommended, you get peace and quiet and if you want some action there's also some nearby! Come meet Milene, you won't regret it!!!

The apartment is impeccably clean, well taken care and prepared to welcome guests with all the comfort. The beach is quiet, very family and with few people. Great for children, as the length of sand is huge. Tati and her family were welcoming and caring.

Apartment exactly as described on the site! very close to the beach , well airy and clean! I was greeted by Mrs. Mary ,a very attentive dear! The attentive ,very flexible host in the chekin and the chekalt! Super recommended, I'll definitely come back more often!
