Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Aroostook County

We had a wonderful stay at The Ridge View home! The view is absolutely beautiful and the location is so peaceful. Our kids loved meeting the welcoming committee “Daisy” and played ball with her everyday. We will definitely stay here again if we are back in the area!

Safe and accessible location, good for a trip to the county. Warm and cozy on the cold nights, and comfy beds.

A couple bumps along the way, but the response was fast and effective. The local management team responded in amazing time to our needs. Great place to stay, pellet stove was awesome at the end of a long day of snowmobiling. The garage was extremely helpful. Christopher went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed and our stay was fantastic Ron and Suzanne, the maintenance team, kept access to the house during a huge snowstorm and also made sure we had everything we needed. Communication was excellent, my group all agreed it would be a house we’d return to.

Nancy’s place is cozy, comfortable and well maintained with all the amenities you would want. It is a beautiful area and close to many recreational areas including Baxter State Park and the Golden Road. We had a great stay with our 14 year old pup. We were in the area to visit our daughter who lives in a nearby town. We would not hesitate to stay at Nancy’s place in the future.

Cute lake house with everything you need!

What a great home! Farm house feel with modern upgrades. Great linens and well stocked kitchen and bathroom. Hosts went above and beyond to make our stay great! Snowmobile trail right on the property corner and plenty of parking for trailers. Can’t wait to come back

Shawn's place was very beautiful and homey. We felt right at home as soon as we walked in. Very clean, lots of natural light all the windows. We would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

Dan was a great host. Always responsive and friendly and allowed me to check in early. The woman who cleans the apartment even brought me dinner on Christmas Day. The locals are great people and I felt right at home.

Anastasia‘s place is exactly as advertised. It is important to understand it is adjacent to a movie theater and there are residents on the other side of what appears to be a pretty thin wall :-). We knew that going in and we were in a celebratory mood so it was absolutely no issue. If you’re looking for total silence, this is not the place. If you are looking for a homey, roomy, comfortable, very well appointed space with a wonderful host, I highly recommend it.

Stayed at Alex’s place after the smooth stay we had a couple of weeks ago! Just as easy this time! He is responsive and helpful! The place is cute and a great stay!

Easy to find, check-in and was clean! Quiet evenings and enjoyed the stay for a work trip. Would definitely book again!

Carl met us when we pulled in. Could talk with him and his wife forever. Discovered later on that my daughter’s boyfriend and Carl might be distant cousins. Felt like the place was ours to use, come and go as we pleased, very accommodating for our snowmobiles etc.

Wonderful place for our family to stay. Spacious and incredibly clean! Loved the set up, well decorated and cared for. Can’t wait to come back :)

Highly recommended! This is one of the best short-term rentals we’ve stayed in with our young girls. The toys and games were a fun surprise and throughly enjoyed. Extremely clean and very well designed!

Wonderful place, I stayed for 5 nights. The apartment was very spacious, I didn't have an issue with noise, and the area was nice. There were a few chilly nights, but the heat in the room was all I needed and it worked wonderfully. The bed was very comfortable. I highly recommend this place for a short or long stay.

Place was great!! Clean, comfortable, fantastic location..directly on the snowmobile trail!! Just what we were looking for in accommodations!! We had a wonderful visit and last blast of the season!! Thanks Corey!!

The condo was perfect for our 3 night stay. Warm, clean and cozy. Bring slippers as the floor was a little chilly with socking feet. We were able to cook light meals and breakfast with the double hot plate and kitchenete amenities. When we arrived on Saturday afternoon, there were several snowmobile trailers in the parking lot that took up a lot of space. The snowmobilers were not an issue, and they headed out the next morning. The host, Vinnie was very friendly and answered all of our questions.

Great place, much more updated than most place in the area. Would stay here again when in the area.

Great stay for our first time in Fort Kent. The place felt newly updated and very clean. Had everything we needed in the apartment and Corey was very welcoming. We appreciated the honest listing and flexibility with check-in. We were here for races at the Fort Kent Outdoor Center and this was convenient -only 8 mins away door to door. Will definitely stay next time in Fort Kent.
