Villa holiday rentals in Arona

We had a great 10 days in Solcio, very nice house and garden, trees protected us a bit from the heat, nice restaurants near - boat rental as well in the port, well received by Nico, and Giulia !

We stayed at the villa for a week after Easter and had great weather! The children are hopped daily in the heated pool while we were able to enjoy our cafe and especially the fantastic view. You have absolute privacy and feel very comfortable. Ms. Bannwart, who manages the house, gave us some good restaurants tips at the beginning and she was immediately available for questions. We highly recommend a stay!

Close to everything you need but removed enough that you can relax and enjoy postcard views. Lovely home!

The place is like a dream, and Martin was very nice and helpful. The house is very well stocked, the views are amazing, the house design is genius — every room overlooks the lake. We will definitely be visiting again.

Such a marvellous house - we fell in love with its character and charm. So lovely to have all that space and the view from the terrace is stunning. Everything you need is just there, including excellent local bread and cheese a short walk away. The host was welcoming and just let us enjoy ourselves. We will be back!

The property is many large and perfect for a group of 8 people like us. Each room was perfectly equipped, especially the bathroom because it has the toilet and bidet together: a show! The view from the terrace has always been bucolic, both during the warm day and in the dark. The beds were also very comfortable and well equipped against the winter cold. The only "flaw" was the difficulty with which the lower floor warmed up, but a small thing adding it to the entire experience. Benedetta was very kind in welcoming us and giving us a couple of tips on what to do and the little attention to have. A real cherry on top!

Beautiful quiet house on the heights of Lake Maggiore. Exceptional renovation combining highlighting old heritage and standard modern comfort, the house is very pleasant to live in, especially with small children. Terrace with a beautiful view of the lake. Nearby many places of interest in a bewitching area. Great communication with Megan and Tomas.

The location of this villa was absolutely incredible! Waking up each morning to a quiet coffee on the terrace overlooking Lake Como felt like something out of a dream. The view was breathtaking and set the perfect tone for each day. With the town just a short walk away, we were able to explore local shops, restaurants, and the lakeside promenade with ease. The walk added just the right amount of exercise to feel refreshed without being tiring. We couldn’t have asked for a more peaceful, beautiful, and convenient place to stay—truly unforgettable.

Perfect stay! The house was exactly as in the photos: clean, cozy and with attention to detail. Check-in was simple and on time. The host was kind and helpful for every need, always responding quickly. I absolutely recommend it to those looking for a quiet accommodation!

The house and garden are an amazing place to stay. The views over the lake and the expansive and gorgeous garden and pool area are good to relax and chill and enjoy the Italian weather. The house is well maintained and I also really liked the kitchen and how well it was equipped. We had a good time cooking and BBQing. There are lots om fun games in the house as well (pingpong, fussbal, etc) Andrea was a fantastic, kind and flexible host who communicated really well during the entire process. I would love to go back to this house!

Everything was great, the accommodation is great and the view and the garden patio with pool was awesome. We would love to come back and wish everyone a great stay as we had.

We were there with 3 families including 4 children and it was a wonderful stay. The villa still exceeds the expectations you have through the photos. There are countless touches designed with a lot of taste and knowledge. The age and size of the villa mean that individual items are always broken, which did not disturb us. The Park is huge. In the edge areas of the park and at dusk you need a good mosquito spray. There are many small deciduous frogs in the meadow. Karim was a really warm and helpful host. He knows the history of the house in every detail and is a very entertaining and fun conversationalist.

Beautiful historic home, with modern amenities in the kitchen and bathrooms. The beds were all very comfortable. The house was in a great location for our family if of eight to explore the lake region. There are lovely local restaurants, though a car is necessary. We were thrilled to see St. Vitalis of Gaza at the local church, St. Maurizio! Valerio is a wonderful host. W enjoyed our stay immensely.

Sonia and Simone were wonderful hosts! They served an amazing breakfast for us and made us feel right at home. We would recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting Lake Como!

Very special house! Original. Lots of art in the house. Stunning views. All the facilities available Clean. Quiet village. Pool was lovely given the high temperatures! Surroundings are beautiful. Lots of beautiful walks made. Bicycles rented at 3 minutes' walking distance. Very nice people. Speak Italian and a little french. Great bike ride for mountain bikes made from the house. Electric support necessary. Very friendly reception. Technical defect was resolved very adequately and quickly.

A very nice accommodation, Markus is always available and very helpful. The accommodation is beautifully and stylishly furnished, the view is breathtaking. The location of the house is very great, as it gives you an even more beautiful and unforgettable view of Lake Maggiore and is in a very pleasantly quiet area. Markus is very nice and gladly helped us with the arrival and departure times, as we were on vacation with a baby; he had full understanding for this. In the accommodation itself, there were great magazines to read and a folder and several brochures that informed about the possible activities in the area. In addition, everything in the folder was well described (waste disposal, operating instructions, regulations for departure, etc.). We can only recommend the accommodation, thank you for the hospitality!

We were very happy with the place. The pool is a good way to cool off. The accommodation is functionally furnished and has everything you need. There are also delicious restaurants nearby and you can get to Milan relatively quickly by car or bus and train. Overall, the accommodation is well suited and recommended for a couple or a small family.

We had a fabulous 5 night stay in this beautiful house. The views from the terrace’s & balconies over Lake Maggiore were sublime. The kitchen was superbly kitted out, allowing us cook meals. The pool & pool house are the knock-out parts to this lovely house. One cool addition was the car turntable at the bottom of the drive. The restaurants in Suna are a 20min downhill walk. Very pretty village on the lake. Pallanza was gorgeous… Highly recommend a stay here! We celebrated two birthdays whilst we were here. A trip filled with lots of special memories.

I can't describe our long weekend in the villa as anything other than "perfect". The house is beautiful and also larger than the pictures suggest. We also loved the garden with pool, where there is total privacy. The hosts were very friendly, familiar and uncomplicated. We will be happy to come back!
