Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Arnsberg

We were 3 couples, 2 toddlers. The size of the house was great. Each had their own bathroom and retreat. The pool table, the hot tub and the outdoor sauna were great. A baby bed and a high chair were provided on request. We didn't lack anything. Next to the house is a large meadow and directly behind it a small playground. Perfect for the kids. The town of Cobbenrode is not large. In Eslohe, 7 km away, there are restaurants, shopping and also gastronomy with delivery service to Cobbenrode. Nearby, there are June and September Karl-May-Festspiele, unfortunately we were too early for that. For a long weekend with friends, to relax or to hike, the stay is definitely worth it. Spending time together and relaxing was important to us and that's exactly what we were able to enjoy in this great accommodation. Anna was always quick to respond to questions and was able to help remotely. Thank you very much.

On the spur of the moment, the three of us spent 2 days in Manfred's beautifully located house, quiet with a wonderful view. From there, we could make wonderful excursions into the surrounding area. We immediately felt very comfortable, the house and property are clean and lovingly maintained. Bathroom very small with shower. Bedroom small and friendly, kitchen offers everything you need (hot water takes a long time..) A kind of winter garden invites you to linger in the evening. Absolutely recommended for people with a love of nature in a beautiful retreat.

The house is super nice. A magnificent view from the terrace into the unspoiled landscape. Come in and feel welcome and at home. Unfortunately, I did not get to know Bettina personally. But she was always available. Since we arrived by motorcycle on a holiday, Bettina immediately offered to buy one for us and put drinks in the refrigerator. Perfect service and very attentive. Thank you, that was very nice and hospitable. The furnishings in the house leave nothing to be desired.

Great location, surrounded by nature, nice house,cozy but everything present, fenced terrace , ideal for our dog and view of a beautiful garden, so much to see in the area and endless walks to make , really recommended

A trip with 3 adults and 2 children. Plenty of space, so many loving details. An incredibly beautiful garden. All as described. Whether for grandma and grandpa or the children... everything was there and really lovingly designed. Open the door and feel good! It was a very nice stay at Fiona's, the apartment was super equipped, especially a comfortable bed, everything was clean and the apartment had a great location to relax. All in all highly recommended and I would book this apartment again and again!

A very idyllic place in the midst of wonderful nature. Great for slowing down and relaxing. There is everything you could wish for, many seats, a large plot and barbecue facilities. Everything is very natural and yet well maintained. You can hike directly from the house and for my dog it was a paradise with a bathing spring. Very warm and personal welcome by the hostess and a binding transaction. The apartment met all requirements and expectations. It matched the description and you immediately had a cozy feeling. We were there for a birthday nearby and Nicole even drove us there. That was more than one can generally expect. We slept very well, it was very quiet. The garden as a whole and the individually used terrace were very nice! 👍

The communications with Thomas was easy and quick We went for a long weekend in Winterberg to attend a bike festival and competition The appartment is located right next to the ski/bike park so really easy Everything we needed was there - Linens towels and the beds are really comfortable The appartment is within a big building - although probably a lot of rentals it was really quiet and we felt safe The access to the parking is not so direct but it is secure. Be careful it is 2m height max We would definitely stay here again

Great for a short trip and Lisa was always available and very helpful, as we had a car breakdown we had to stay a few hours longer, thanks to Lisa no problem thank you

The apartment offers everything you need, is very clean and as described. This is very well located for tours and excursions in the area. Nature is really beautiful We will be happy to come back.

Stephanie is a very, very dear, courteous, helpful host. Her apartment is beautiful, superbly located, has a great balcony and an incredibly beautiful view. The festival grounds and lake are just a few minutes' walk away. It was clean and she had even provided a dog bed, a water bowl and a ball for our dogs. We would always want to stay with her.

Great stay, very central and convenient location. Amazing and big terrace with many beautiful plants. Big kitchen. If you have a chance to visit Dortmund you won't regret staying here.

Really very quiet location outside of Balve, exactly as described. Good starting point for cycling or hiking tours. Very friendly communication, the apartment itself, very practical furnishings. Very pleasant stay.

We were very satisfied with the accommodation. Check-in worked very easily directly with Oli as the host. The apartment is very nice, absolutely clean and corresponds to the pictures. It is quietly located in the countryside in Altenkleusheim without traffic noise and the like. On the small terrace you can relax and enjoy a coffee, tea or wine with a view of the garden. The equipment is good, you can find everything you need. The highlight for us was the sauna, which we used on two rainy days of our stay. Afterwards, cuddling up by the fireplace in the living room is already premium🤩. And the surroundings are beautiful. Hiking at the Listertalsperre, at the Biggesee & Co. is fun and ensures pure relaxation and a good mood. Oli as a host was very attentive and always available/responds quickly to messages and also gave us great tips for exploring the area. We would therefore be happy to come back☺️.

We stayed three nights in Paul and Alida's apartment. Communication was quick and friendly. The apartment is spacious, beautifully decorated, clean and equipped with every comfort. We had a super nice stay!

The check-in was completely uncomplicated via key safe. The contact with the host was very friendly. Everything was explained superbly. We came into the apartment and felt immediately comfortable. This apartment really lacked nothing. You could easily have spent 2 weeks or more here. Everything was super clean. We slept very well in the bed and would be happy to come back anytime.
