Julie and Yohann's place is quiet, clean, well arranged. The owner is very available, welcoming and has good advice. Accommodation close to the GP circuit, about 25 minutes walk which is very nice. We enjoyed it very much.

Incredible house with 5-star comfort, very nicely decorated with good taste. In a quiet neighborhood at the end of a cul-de-sac. We had a great night there. Too bad we couldn't stay longer to enjoy the terrace and garden.

What can I say about this PERFECT house; perfect location, perfect layout, perfect cleanliness, perfect host. In short, you will have understood, if you have a stay to spend near Le Mans, do not hesitate, this is the house to rent.

We had a wonderful stay during the 2025 24 Hours of Le Mans! The location was very close to the track festivities, and we could hear the racing from the outdoor patio. We actually wish we had rented bicycles so we could have ridden instead of driving to the track… that is how close it was. We had breakfast included with our ticket package, so we unfortunately did not get to enjoy breakfast with the host and hostess. Though much of our stay was spent at the track, the hostess was extremely friendly and attentive, and even brought us a fan when we inquired one evening, as the temperature pushed into the 90’s during our stay. I definitely recommend this cute space for your trip!

After a nice day spent at the 24h trucks, arrived in a clean and tidy house in addition with coffee available and small chocolates for my little boy it's really very welcoming. We rested well to leave again for the 24-hour truck show. Frankly, the accommodation and host were excellent. Thanks Apolline 😀

stay up to our expectations, Nelly and her husband were very available, adapting their schedules to ours for breakfast: what a treat to have fresh bread and croissants in the morning!! Accommodation as advertised, nothing was missing, ideally located between the city and the circuit, perfect for events because close to tram lines. a big thank you to our hosts for this welcome and their tips to make our stay perfect.

I had a great time at Mathilde's apartment. It is a real cocoon combining comfort, practicality and serenity. Bright, spacious and tastefully decorated, it is even more charming in reality than in the photo 😊 It feels really good... like home. The bedding is super comfortable and the linen is good quality. Mathilde is an available and responsive host. I had a soothing and warm experience. I would recommend it in a second.
