I recently had the pleasure of visiting this wonderful house. It's incredibly clean and tidy, giving off a very comfortable and inviting atmosphere. What's truly amazing is that it was built in 1882, yet it's still in such good condition. You can tell that a lot of care and attention has been put into maintaining it over the years. The house itself is just lovely. It has everything you could possibly need, making it feel like a true home. Whether you're looking for a place to relax or entertain, this house has got you covered. I highly recommend it to anyone who appreciates a well-preserved piece of history combined with modern comfort.

Marie was a great host. We had to book in last minute and she couldn't have been more helpful. The next day we had to extend our stay and Marie relocated us to a second cottage on the same grounds within a few hours. We were with our doggies and they were also made to feel very welcome! The house was lovely and we felt right at home! Marie was also very responsive with everything to do with the booking! Very highly recommend to anyone visiting Armidale.

Lilly and Jai's place was the ideal location for our trip to Armidale, close to shops, restaurants, and the uni. The space was well appointed with cosy and comfortable beds, an amazing kitchen, and a super clean bathroom. Lilly was very responsive to all messages and offered great recommendations for restaurants and places to eat during our stay. Highly recommend!

Everything was communicated well. Nice small space and yet adequate. Was wanting to see some chooks but may be wasn’t my day. A heater that could warm the big room on a cold winter day would have been nice but still did the work I guess. Thank you anyway. 😊

We had a wonderful stay at Ben’s place. Everything was in order and amenities such as bathroom soap, shampoo/conditioner as well as toilet paper was generous. The beds were comfortable and there was extra blankets and pillows if required. It was easy to walk into town and enjoyed dining at local cafes and restaurants. Happy to recommend to others. We really enjoyed our stay and would return to Ben’s accommodation if we were ever in Armidale again.
