E' un annesso di 60 mq adatto a coppie che vogliono visitare la nostra regione. Non abbiamo piscina ma abbiamo la tartufaia, il torrente, i caprioli, istrici, cinghiali, i nostri gatti e la cagnetta Moti. Nel giardino troverete erbe frutta e prodotti dell'orto. Dentro la casetta che affittiamo avrete a disposizione il nostro olio di oliva, e liquore di elicriso che produciamo noi. In realtà produciamo anche lo zafferano però questo lo vendiamo ! Naturalmente gli animali sono i benvenuti !

Myself and some friends were visiting the region to watch the giro d'italia and Elena's house was perfect. Plenty of room, beautiful surroundings and the town of Assisi close by. Everything was idyllic, check in was flexible and facilities were as described, only Elena provided a fantastic "hamper" which for 4 hungry cyclists was well received. a fantastic place to visit, whether you want to explore the outdoors or the beautiful town of Assisi

La casa è molto grande, curata, circondata da uno splendido giardino e dal verde del Monte Subasio, perfetta per chi ama il silenzio e la campagna. Si trova a 4 chilometri da Assisi, in posizione strategica per la visita alla splendida città umbra e ottimo punto di partenza per le molte attrazioni nei dintorni (Gubbio, Spoleto, Spello, Bevagna, Cascata delle Marmore, solo per citarne alcune). Flavia si è rivelata una host disponibile, gentile e attenta fin dalle prime comunicazioni. Ci ha dato ottimi suggerimenti per passare una settimana davvero splendida. Assolutamente consigliato!

Nous avons passé un séjour formidable dans la maison de Luisa qui est encore plus belle que sur les photos. Luisa a été plus que réactive quand nous lui avons demandé des choses. La piscine est sensationnelle et le calme des alentours top pour se reposer. Le Wi-Fi est un peu faible mais rien de grave car l'important est d'apprécier les équipements de la maison.

We stayed, with our teenage kids, in Tracy and John’s home while in the area for our small wedding ceremony and it absolutely completed the experience. The yard is beautiful and the pool area is a perfect place to relax and watch the sunset - the view is unmatched! The home and yard were a perfect backdrop for our pre-ceremony pictures. The property is private, but is a short walk from the center of town. As for the house itself, Tracy and John have preserved the Italian charm while also renovating to make the space feel modern, cozy and inclusive of all the conveniences of home. We had a private chef one night and EVEN HE was impressed with the kitchen. As for the property manager that Tracy and John use, Anja, she was the highlight of the whole experience. Not only did we enlist her services to help plan and coordinate our ceremony, but she also had wonderful recommendations for places to eat and things to do in the area. Our favorite Airbnb property to-date!
