The house was wonderful in terms of location, both in the center of Sapanca and by the lake. It was very clean, the host was very caring and attentive. We especially liked that he asked about our special requests. It was a great accommodation and holiday, we will go again as soon as possible.

First of all, everything was as it appeared in the photos. Volkan and Yunus Bey were also very understanding, helpful and polite. We were very pleased. We highly recommend it for those who want to relax.

I've been to so many bungalows, but this was different. It's a perfect place where you can be comfortable with your children, girlfriends, and even your family. Most importantly, it was clean. The garden is a great photo monument. It's a place we can 😂 definitely go again and again. Thank you for everything. 🌸

As you can see in the photos, it is a peaceful place, you don't even want to go out. I stayed for 4 days, I wish we had 4 more days. 😁 They took care of our deficiencies as we wrote in the message, they brought them to the door. The house was really spacious and clean. The house was very clean, the linens were clean and sufficient. The view is beautiful and night, and there is a spacious environment in the house and in the garden, most things have been considered. Rest assured about the heating, we didn't need to turn on the interior of the house, we didn't need to turn on the air conditioning, we didn't have any problems with the hot water either. While it was snowing outside, it was pleasant to look at the lake view and enter the hot pool, and the pool garden was very big and the pool temperature was very good. There are bungalows on the left and bottom of the house but no one does not see anyone is completely sheltered and privacy is taken care of. The kitchen and bathroom were also smooth. Every question was answered quickly and they were solution-oriented, and we had an enjoyable holiday, and we thank them. I recommend don't miss this house, especially when there's snow

The host Mr. Mustafa's interest and response to the messages was very good. The house is as seen in the pictures and the kitchen supplies, air conditioners, jacuzzi, heated pool, etc. inside were working completely smoothly. We are very pleased with everything, we thank Mr. Mustafa. Only the cleanliness of the house can get 8 out of 10. I think that one person is in charge of cleaning, and I think that the room is insufficient. Still, everything was as it should be. If you are planning a holiday with your family in this location, this place meets your expectations.

We 7 friends went there and we had an amazing stay at the place! The home was exactly as described, spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The communication was top-notch, Seyhan was incredibly responsive and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions/restaurants, and we felt safe and at home the entire time. Highly recommend staying here. Definitely booking again for our next trip.

As a host, Mr. Bülent answered all our questions quickly, the house is very nice, as shown in the photos, a clean compact house, spacious, indoor heating is good, the pool temperature met our 37-degree expectation at a high level. There is a grocery store etc. all within 5 minutes by car, only the villas are connected twin villas, there is a green fence in between, if you expect complete silence, you can hear the slightest conversation on the side, if you come across a family with a large child or a double with a voice, it may disturb according to your expectations. There is no highway sound, the lake view is magnificent, and we thank Mr. Osman very much, he was also very friendly and helped us quickly with every request. Overall, we were satisfied.

If you are looking for a conservative and clean place to go as a family, I would definitely recommend the easy transportation and parking space inside, as it appears in the photos, just the food you need to take. The house had a pool heated, dryer, tea maker, coffee maker, everything was available. Our vacation with my family was very comfortable and nice. It was also a plus for us to have a bathroom and sink in all the rooms. Also, we thank Mr. Serdar again, very interested and helped us with everything.

We had a smooth stay with 4 girls. The pool was hot and we were able to enjoy it in the morning and evening. The host was very caring, responding to messages instantly and taking care of our issues. Just the hygiene inside the house could be a click better🌟
