This beautiful depto has a spacious, furnished terrace, with spectacular ocean views. It is located in front of the El Laucho beach, very close to the Morro and the center of Arica, in addition to the mall and shopping centers. New department, butterfly style, one room has a bed of 2 pzas and the other 2 beds of a pza, both with full bathrooms. Fully equipped for 4 people. It has TV, wifi and music equipment. The building has a pool, gym, quinchos, and laundry with chips.

Spectacular oceanfront view

Experience facing the sea, seeing the sunsets, walking to Laucho beach, and swimming in its waters all year round. When it's cold or there are traffic jams elsewhere, take a plane and come to Arica to play sports, disconnect and revitalize yourself! There are excellent walks inland and the cuisine is very good. There is plenty of fish and vegetables. In addition to the Chinchorro mummies, the oldest in the world. An experience worth trying.

Beautiful new apartment, beachfront El Laucho, ideal for families. Fully equipped including protective nets on the terrace, beach towels, sunshade, beach games and board games. In front of restaurants, next to the hill, very close to downtown. It has 3 bedrooms, 1 king-size bed and 4 single beds, two bathrooms, a kitchenette, 2 TVs with cable TV and Wi-Fi, a large terrace overlooking the sea with a barbecue grill and a terrace dining room.

Cozy apartment in condominium, 2D 1B, furnished and equipped for you to have a pleasant stay. Spacious living and dining room, terrace overlooking the west, where you can enjoy the wonderful sunsets. The apartment is comfortable, well equipped, and very well located, very close to the center and in a position of easy access to the beaches of both the north and the south side of the city. Very convenient pedestrian and vehicular access, and steps from the boulevard of the casino, and the mall and supermarkets to the other side. The pool is an excellent plus in summer season. I recommend it.
