Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Arica Province

A place that makes you feel at home, breakfast is very complete and with good conversations. Also, the hosts are very friendly and concerned about their guests. I would definitely stay at the place again.

Franklin was very helpful to say the least. I got sick at the airport and arrived late right before midnight and he was very accommodating in my change of schedule. Him and his wife Mari are really friendly and love to talk about life and whatever else is on your mind. They are my kind of people! If you choose to stay here I promise you won’t regret it. The memories will live on but I will indeed miss them.

Really spectacular, excellent attention, surprised us with wonderful details, I accompany us and responded in every step, 100% recommended, the house is very spacious and comfortable, with everything you need and environments for the whole family, sea view, the nose, minutes from the shopping centers and the beach. we feel at home. We hope to be back soon!!!

Cindy is accommodating and available and gives good advice for visiting the city , the accommodation is clean comfortable, with fan, we have a quiet and quiet night! Cooking is convenient I would recommned this property.

Everything is very good, great location, close to the beach, restaurants and warehouses. The administration of the building is friendly, and Marion is always attentive to any problems. The only thing to note is that on evenings, especially weekends, the street in front of the balcony can be a little bustling.

Ideal accommodation for families with small children, the pool is small, but very cozy and surrounded by trees. My very happy girls and they had a lot of fun. Well distributed apartment with everything you need for a couple of days. They charge extra for using the parking lot, which is not explicit in the description, although the value is small is not welcome that additional charges appear. Overall, it was a very good choice.

I hope for another time of travel I can communicate with wendi, the truth very attentive and everything very well, minor details like the remote control of the tvs (which is not her fault) and I miss a sponge to wash loza haha but everything else IMPECCABLE, thankful I am

The apartment was next to the boulevard, super central. The center is a couple of blocks away. The images correspond 100% to the leased apartment, this has a spacious living room, 3 bathrooms, 3 pieces, fully equipped with iron, towels, hair dryer, etc. The condominium where it is located is super quiet, there is 24/7 surveillance of the day. If I had to say something negative, it would be with respect to the maintenance of the apartment for example had damaged plates, air extractor of one of the bathrooms was not in operation and the floating floor caps were damaged... but that was not relevant as we loved the place and location. I recommend the place closed.

He has been an excellent host from start to finish. He supported everything that was needed to make a great stay.

The apartment met all my expectations. Well equipped, clean, easy access. The location of the excellent apartment, Playa and downtown just minutes away. Separate mention for Wendy (@palmar.arica), who contacted me in a timely manner and was always attentive to my inquiries. A kind hostess and concerned about the well-being of her passengers. On my next trip to Arica, I won't hesitate to contact them!!.
