Holiday rentals with a patio in Ariano nel Polesine

We had a great stay, Alberto’s place is really clean and functional. We enjoyed the small terrace for morning breakfast. He was also really responsive and gave us local recommendations for going out.

We stayed for 5 nights and had such a wonderful stay. Paola drove for us the entire stay and that was very helpful as opposed to having to take the train each day (we travelled with kids). Paola was wonderful and helped us all the way. Having a washer and dryer was useful and the unit is spacious and clean. Perfect for a family. Highly recommended!

We enjoyed our staying in Francesca appartment. Its a very nice appartment with a very big balcony where you can eat. One nice bedroom+sofa in the living room, a good accomodation for a family with one or two children. Its very easy to park there and you are not far away from the old town ( 10 minutes walking, two minutes with bikes).

We had a great time staying here. There was plenty of space for 6 guests and every room was very clean. Vittorio’s apartment is great for getting into the centre of Padua. I would definitely stay here again.

Unique urban sanctuary. Quiet and calm, restaurants and a great bar (Rocker Inn) steps away. Alina was a perfect hostess and we would stay again. Kitchen was compact, but well stocked and squeaky clean. Fabulous rooftop patio was a treat and so nice to come home to. Extensive new tram construction in front of apartment was never a problem, but does present an odd method to obtain key to outer door. Parking is very difficult, but there is a garage a few blocks away. I would recommend getting all this info at least a day prior to map your arrival. I would also suggest a welcome manual with instructions for the washer and restaurant recommendations. Thanks, Alina!

Nice private apartment, a bit decorated in the "Italian style";) The bathroom and kitchen were sparkling clean and well maintained. The contact with Elena was very nice and straightforward. The location is just outside the Centro, the walk there is doable (approx. 20 min), although not particularly nice. The neighborhood is ok. Great: private secured parking.

Practical and effective accommodation, especially if you need a good place to spend the night. A friend of mine and I have already stayed in this room last year, and it was again a guarantee, from all points of view. Quiet and above all strategic location to quickly reach surrounding areas and cities. Professional host, friendly and always available to give advice or useful information.

We stayed fpr one week at this beautiful apartment and we felt very comfartable there. Carmelo was there to welcome us when we arrived and explained everything to us. There is a booklet with information about the apartment, the sights, restaurants, shops etc which is helpful. It was taken care for our first breakfast and a welcome drink. Carmelo is a very kind and friendly host and we enjoyed our stay a lot.

I had a lovely stay in Imola and enjoyed being at Alex's place for a week. Extremely easy communication and very quick response. The place is cleaned spotless and what you see is what you get. I loved the recommendations of the neighbourhood and can definitely recommend having your vacation here 😊

We stayed here for several weeks and it was a great base for exploring Bologna with our baby! The home is quiet but in a very central and convenient location— to everything from groceries, restaurants and sightseeing. Having our own full size kitchen was also a plus. Highly recommend!

We spent 7 days in May in this very clean and well-kept apartment, with terrace and small garden and very nice details. In a quiet location. Elena and Alessandro were very friendly and accommodating hosts who responded immediately to inquiries and concerns. We were able to store our e-bikes safely and without any problems. The accommodation is also very conveniently located as a starting point for bike tours. Would love to come back.

Elisa's apartment was very cosy and we loved the mid century theme. Elisa was very responsive to messages and was lovely when we met her briefly Very quiet neighbourhood and only 10 minutes walk from the centre and 20 minutes from the station. Supermarket and laudrette 5 mins away. We enjoyed our stay in Ravenna.

The apartment is nice, cozy and clean. Lidia was very friendly and helpful to us. We received the most necessary information right at the beginning of our stay. We were very happy with the apartment and location. You can quickly reach the center by public transport.

Barbara and Michele's apartment is great if you want to visit Padua. Free parking in front of the house and a short walk to the city center. Padua is a city worth seeing with beautiful churches (especially San Antonio and San Giustina). In La Madonetta, just 200 meters away on foot, you can enjoy delicious wines/aperitifs and snacks. The market hall is also a recommended place if you value good food and drink. The apartment was perfect for us. It is super clean, bright, cozy and everything we needed was there. We cooked ourselves. The wooden table and the living-kitchen room are inviting to eat and stay in it. We also found the place outside very nice to have a glass of Prosecco. Contact with Barbara was straightforward. We would take this apartment again at any time and can really recommend it to everyone

Great location easy walking into the centre and access to the restaurants. The walk from the station was flat and took about 15 minutes, we walked this a few times as we used the train to get about and visit other towns if you intend to use the trains a 3 or 5 day pass is the best and most practical option. The accommodation is exactly as the description and the photos , the benefit of having a small garden area is a bonus and makes pleasant place to sit and relax.

Laura and Christiano were absolutely fantastic hosts! From the moment I arrived, they made me feel incredibly welcome and comfortable. It’s clear they put a lot of thought into the small touches—from the cozy linens to the local tips they shared. The location was also perfect—peaceful, yet close to everything I needed. What really stood out, though, was their warmth and hospitality. You can tell they genuinely care about their guests having a great experience. Great location, outside the busy tourist areas but walkable to the old city in 20 mins. Multiple bus stations close. Having a dedicated parking spot was a huge plus as we had a rental car. To be honest, the apartment was much more spacious than I thought it would be. We were very comfortable during our 3 night trip. Would highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our four nights in this lovely apartment! Location from the station was great , plus so close to everything including supermarkets .
