Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Ariano nel Polesine

Meine Familie und ich hatten 6 Nächte bei Marco und Elena verbracht. Die Wohnung war sehr schön und hatte alles, was man benötigt. Besonders praktisch , waren die Moskitonetze und die Klimaanlagen in den Zimmern. Die Lage ist ruhig und ca 30 min zu Fuß vom Zentrum entfernt. Mit dem Bus gelangt man einfach nach Venedig. Uns hat es gut gefallen und wir würden wieder kommen. Vielen Dank , für das Gastgeschenk und die reibungslose Kommunikation👍🏼🤩

Soggiorno meraviglioso! La host, Elisa è stata fantastica…. Ci ha spiegato e mandato tutto per tempo in modo da arrivare tranquilli, la casa è stata un sogno e ci ha pure fatto trovare una piccola colazione. La casa splendida, meglio anche che nelle foto. Tutto in ordine e pulitissimo. Inoltre, un plus della casa è stata la cucina super fornita. Zona molto tranquilla e silenziosa. Inoltre, è molto comoda per raggiungere il centro, con supermercati e bar vicini. Un soggiorno da rifare assolutamente

It couldn't have been better. The location is fantastic in the pedestrian center of town in a courtyard. The very large shaded patio with fragrant jasmine, colorful vines, and kumquats, the well equipped kitchen with tons of teas and coffees, the comfy beds - we never wanted to leave. Cristiano used to be a theater scenograph and it shows in the eclectic decor. Both Cristiano and Sara were absolutely charming - they run the enoteca downstairs (don't miss their various cheese and hams!) - and provided very helpful info on parking, restaurants etc. The unit is one easy set of stairs up, and Cristiano helped get our suitcases up. There is one bedroom and a foldable sofa on the first level. The second bedroom and bath are on the top floor mezzanine via a a spiral staircase. The only downside was that it gets quite hot in that bedroom and the A/C was not sufficient. But all in all, it was an exceptional stay. We can't wait to be back!

Paolo was super responsive and the place was reflective of the description. Would stay again!

We had a fantastic time at Marianna's place. She's a formidable host and we were very grateful for her help during our stay. The place is spacious, confortable and close to the city center. We enjoyed her little library of Ravenna's cultural sites, which are absolutely fantastic. We also enjoyed the well equipped kitchen and the coffee and breakfast things that were at our disposal. Thank you Marianna!

We absolutely loved the house and all of the features. We spent a lot of time outside in the little patio area and our kids played basketball in the driveway. The automated windows, skylights, and shutters were very nice. The AC worked very well and kept us cool during the middle of the day when it was hot outside. The location is less convenient if you don’t have a car but we were able to walk to town in 20 minutes. The area was quiet and beautiful which is what we wanted so we didn’t mind the inconvenience. Very lovely hosts who live on the property and provided lots of information and were very responsive.

We loved the personal local recommendations at arrival, and also remember our names upon departure. Showed true personal commitment to their guests. This was the absolute best location and host! He was responsive, quick to help when we had questions about the beach club and provided great suggestions! He arranged for us to get dropped off directly from the train station to the back door— no lugging luggage around! We would absolutely recommend this host and location. Should we get the opportunity to visit a location where this host has accommodation, he will be our first choice!

Stefania was an incredibly gracious host! The playful decor mixed with the historical architecture was delightful and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in her beautiful home. The location was walkable for all of the locations that we wanted to visit in Ravenna, and we would love to visit this beautiful city and Stefania’s beautiful home again!

The place was perfect! Very well located, in an ideal spot, and spotlessly clean. It’s a unique triplex spread over three floors, which makes it both spacious and charming. Access is super easy through a private ground-floor entrance. We absolutely loved our stay and would highly recommend this place!

We were welcomed by Patricia who greeted us at a meeting place and directed us to the Airbnb home. Throughout our stay, Patricia was accommodating and very responsive to any queries we had. The Airbnb itself was beautiful and in the perfect location with tourist attractions only a short walk away. We really enjoyed our stay and will be sure to return if we ever come back to Venice!

Silvia’s place was an oasis of peace and relaxation for our week in Ferrara. Everything was very clean and comfortable. The garden is SO beautiful. Perfect for having a bit of wine or a nice breakfast. Having the bikes were a PLUS, we were able to explore the city with them effortlessly. There are plenty of places to eat nearby, and Silvia has a great espresso machine, doesn’t make you miss coffee outside the house. Absolutely a great experience. Silvia is an amazing host! Tutto ottimo! ✨💛

Super Wohnung, top hergerichtet und bestens ausgestattet. Die kleine Terrasse ist ein richtiger kleines "Hideaway"! Lage in Ferrara absolut Top, alles fußläufig erreichbar- oder mit den zur Verfügung gestellten Rädern, dem Nummer 1 Verkehrsmittel in Ferrara. Dennoch ruhig in kleiner Nebenstraße. Ferrara ist absolut empfehlenswert, echt italienisch, wenig touristisch. Absolut relaxed.

We really enjoyed our stay. Nicole’s place was comfortable, clean and located in a quiet and beautiful neighbourhood. Nicole was a fantastic host and super helpful and accommodating. We would highly recommend this place to all!

An absolute 5 star Airbnb. Carlo was such a kind host who went above and beyond to accommodate us. The place is such a spacious Airbnb and truly felt like a home away from home. In a busy city, his place is so quiet and was a great respite from the noise. The AC was fantastic and extremely helpful for the heat when we were there. Do not hesitate to book if Carlo’s place is available!

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in dieser Superwohnung, klein, aber fein. Vor allem der kleine Balkon mit der Aussicht über die Dächer und zur Chiesa di Santa Maria dei Servi hat es uns angetan. Früh am Morgen assen wir da unser Frühstück und abends liessen wir den Tag da ausklingen. Tagsüber war es viel zu heiss. Sara hat immer prompt auf unsere Fragen reagiert und gab gute und hilfreiche Auskünfte. Sehr sympathisch und freundlich. Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr zentral in der Altstadt, alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuss gut zu erreichen. Wir können die Wohnung nur empfehlen.

Bellissimo appartamente!! This was such a wonderful place—modern, airy, spectacular! Wonderful layout with two lovely terraces. There were 4 of us in the group and we felt like we had a ton of space, beds were so comfy, great water pressure, plus washing machine! Walkable to the best parts of Bologna. Mattia was a wonderful host, very receptive and patient with us. We adored this place and highly highly recommend.

We had a lovely time in Venice, and felt lucky to have a peaceful, safe, and clean home to return to every night. I would recommend staying here.

We booked because another guest's review said "just go for it" and I would offer the same advice to others. We had a great time enjoying coffee & wine on the terrace while watching boat traffic on the Grand Canal. Although there are Vaporetto stops nearby, we walked almost everywhere we went and it was great to explore the neighborhood. For a quiet night in, stop by Fried Land (just around the corner) for excellent take-out pasta.

Monica and Alessandro’s place exceeded our expectations even with the great photos and amenities. One of the best rentals we have ever stayed at for a family of four. Very clean, spacious, and comfortable (+ great AC). A lovely private rooftop terrace overlooking the unique Venice cityscape. You could not ask for a better location for visiting Venice. We walked to the majority of our sightseeing destinations. Even so, a water taxi is just a few minutes away to see the rest of Venice which made for fun and easy excursions. We really appreciated Alessandro meeting us personally upon our arrival, helping to get us checked in, and explaining some of the rich history associated with the apartment that made our trip even more immersive. We also appreciated that Monica arranged our transfers from the train station when we arrived and then to the airport at departure. They were super responsive throughout our trip. L’appartamento è davvero splendido, curato, a pochi passi da tutto . Cura del dettaglio e con tutti i comfort indispensabili. Non abbiamo avuto bisogno di cucinare ma la cucina era accessoriata con tutto l’occorrente . Consiglierei assolutamente questo appartamento a chiunque
