The one-bedroom apartment is located on the ground floor of a detached house on the outskirts of Argostoli, in a quiet area , only a short distance(about 500 m) from the main square and the supermarket. It can accommodates 2 people, it has a surface of 25 sq.m, it has a small separate kitchen room with all the amentities, bathroom, washing machine and fantastic sea view. The view is provided both inside the bedroom (with large windows) ,but also relaxing on our balcony -veranda.

I didn’t expect that so that’s definitely a plus for being very helpful. They made me feel home so I really enjoyed my stay! The little cute apartment is perfect for one to two people. The view is awesome! It’s very close (walkable) to the city center but I recommend to rent a car or scooter to explore the rest of the beauty of the Island. In the capital with all the city's choices available on walking range, but also far away from the crowded city center with the traffic jam. Plenty of parking space in the area even on high season and easy access to ring road to avoid city traffic. Most of all you will find pleasant people who will guide you and will be always available and willing to help you with anything you need.

If you have a problem you can message/call Damien with anything big or small and he will sort it for you. We were greeted by Damien’s mother who was very sweet and picked us up from the airport and showed us round the place. Very modern and very clean and the 360 view is just amazing. Perfectly located in town near plenty of supermarkets and restaurants (many of which Damien personally recommends.) no doubt we will be returning very soon.”
