The villa sits in an elevated position on a hiltop of Ioannina city and has a fantastic view! The center is 2 minutes by car or you can take a walk downhill (25 minutes) and return by taxi (+-5 euro). There is a pine forrest a few steps from the house where you can take a walk or do a bit of jogging. The house has a private swimming pool ( May-September) and an outdoor BBQ where you can relax and enjoy your day! there is a large parking area outside the house! The house sleeps 7 people!

Cleanliness is one of our priorities and it has become more important than ever. We clean and sanitize all surfaces using cleaners and disinfectants and we wear protective gear to prevent cross-contamination. Each room is cleaned with extensive cleaning checklists. There will be extra cleaning supplies.
