Our private one bedroom Gite has been fully renovated to a high spec in 2022 and is ideal for couples wanting a relaxing holiday yet only a 5 minutes drive to the nearest town with all amenities. The apartment has been fully renovated in 2024 and is on the ground floor of the house with private entrance. There is a private section of the garden exclusively for you with charcoal BBQ and seating areas. The property is located 6 metres from the River Orne giving you unique views from the lounge and bedroom. Towels, Bed Linen and Tea towels are included The property is not accessible for people with reduced mobility The bathroom has a walk in shower (no bath tub)

Located in the small town of Lassay-les-Châteaux, voted 3rd favorite village of the French 2023, you will find a few meters from the medieval castle, all the useful shops as well as the tourist office. Many walks can be taken from the cottage.

This stylish place to stay is perfect for couples. It is close to the city center on foot, close to the lake on foot 1.3 km close to shops, close to the Bagnole de l'Orne terminal cure 7 km. Quiet accommodation, very well insulated, on the ground floor, small terrace lined with rose bushes. Minimum bed linen is provided: pillowcases, fitted sheet and mattress. Our farmhouse and buildings are classed as a 'remarkable site' in official documents. . We have apple trees, sheep, and chickens that wander freely. We are within an easy drive of Caen and the landing beaches and other beautiful places like Mt Saint Michel and Honfleur. We also have a games room.
