Carlos is an exceptional person, very good communication with him and he made sure everything was to our liking. He welcomed us with a bottle of cider and some casavielles. The apartment as shown in the photos was impeccable. We travel a lot and stay in many apartments and it is the first time we have found a clean apartment, a clean kitchen, an impeccable bathroom and many details, it is truly appreciated. The apartment is located in a quiet residential area and we were able to rest. You have everything around you: Alimerka, Carrefour Express, pharmacy. It also allows you to be with your dog and comes with a parking space.

Ideally situated in the middle of Oviedo. The apartment was clean & tidy, with everything you needed & more. Easy to walk around with the bus & train stations approx 5 minutes away.

Gema is a wonderful person, the apartment was very good and the town beautiful, the truth is that it is a 10 out of 10 place in all aspects. She was also very attentive to everything and the apartment lacked nothing! It was also very close to everything and very easy to access.

This is a great apartment in the very center of Oviedo, walking distance to museums, many excellent restaurants, and the beautiful cathedral. The apartment itself is very comfortable, with a well equipped kitchen and excellent bed. Danielle is a consummate host, very responsive, with lots of tips on how to best enjoy Oviedo. We appreciated that we were met at check in by Pedro. We have encountered very few AirBnB apartments with such a hospitable and generous welcome. A beautifully set table, with a good bottle of wine, and a large fruit basket full of delicious fruits. Thank you very much for that. When visiting beautiful Oviedo, I could not imagine a more perfect place to stay.

Beautiful, clean apartment in great location. Lots of space. It was difficult to locate not being a Spanish speaker but she offers instructions to assist. Not a fault of the host. Host is very responsive and kind.

Highly recommended, from the first to the last day Carlos has always been attentive and responded quickly to my needs, the house is super modern and is super well distributed, and has incredible views of the estuary and the mountain!! You have EVERYTHING less than 5 minutes away, supermarket, kiosk, bars and the center!!! Even the bus and train station is 2 minutes away. I will repeat 100% with this charming apartment and friendly owners ✨

The apartment is comfortable, tastefully furnished with a modern and clean design. It is just a few minutes walk into the centre where there is an ample choice of restaurants. The on site garage is really a big help. You’re only 30 minutes from La Salinas beach by car. We couldn’t have asked for more. What a great stay we had in Amaya’s beautiful property. The apartment was perfect - clean, convenient, well located. Amaya is a fantastic host who met us and explained everything in the apartment and she then shared great City info. Parking underground 30 meters away was a huge bonus. The City was glorious, go dine n Sideria! Muchas gracias Amaya!

Great location in the center of Oviedo. Taxi stand at the gate . Shopping area in parallel to the home. Eduardo was instantly communicative and very kind . She also had flexibility in marching. And the house is perfect for two people , the must and clean . Worth repeating !

Loved staying here. I studied in Oviedo many years ago and always loved this area in the old neighborhood. This is an amazing location right in the heart of casco viejo close to so many great spots. The apartment was clean as can be, well stocked with necessary items, and perfect layout. Check in was effortless and great with recommendations. Awesome building with kind neighbors who would hold the door open for you. Oviedo is one of the best places in all of Spain. This is an excellent location and value for money. Would 100% stay here again.

The apartment is very nice, totally renovated and as shown in the photos. It has an excellent location, in the center, which allows you to walk to all the areas of interest of the city. It is very quiet, no outside noise is heard and it has a beautiful view of the city and mountains. It has been recently remodeled with good taste and everything works perfectly. We recommend it!

The accommodation is in an unbeatable area and fully equipped, as well as very clean. Great communication and very attentive. The area is very central, everything is ideal.

We loved the apartment very comfortable and clean , always attentive at all times, left us a basket with food stuff, had many books for recommendations by Asturias and even made us a personalized itinerary. The only downside is that there was no good coverage . But the rest is great , highly recommended.

Nice studio located on the top floor of a well-located building, in a quiet area, overlooking the Winter Park, and a 10-15 minute walk to downtown Ovideo. An ideal place to spend a few days as a couple in a quiet, beautiful city with spectacular cuisine. The studio, very clean, has a well-equipped kitchen and bathrooms and a parking space. Marta, the host, was very attentive, and made our arrival and departure very comfortable, adapted to our trip. Thanks Marta!!

We had a very pleasant stay in Salinas and the appartement matched our expectations. It was generally clean, altough some areas could benefit from extra cleaning (e.g. shower, ventilation system). The kitchen was well equipped and the beds were comfortable. It is also very quiet in the building

We really enjoyed our stay at picabel. The location is quiet and has a beautiful view over the mountains. Perfect to relax. A car is necessary to get to the location, but it's perfect spot to depart from for different hikes in the neighborhood. Parking is also foreseen at the location. The jacuzzi is a nice addition to the airbnb. Our host was very responsive and welcoming.

Everything was perfect. Isolina is a magnificent person who helped us at all times. Cider, sponge cake, fruit and welcome croissants. Always attentive to ensure that we were having a good stay 100% recommended,%

We had a great stay. The apartment has everything you need, even with young children. Unfortunately, we were almost never able to park on the street as all parking spaces were always occupied. We had to park for about 7 minutes (footpath). Otherwise, everything was really perfect!

The place was in an excellent location and was pristine. The parking was well managed, about 10mins slow walk with lotsa baggage but it was well worth it.
