In the area there are restaurants nearby, petrol station, convenience store and bakery. The house 🏡 is located 15 minutes from the village where there is everything. Note: The neighbors are very quiet people.

Casa Otoa is located in a community near the center of town. It has air conditioning in all areas of the house. (This was a recommendation from our guests). Walking distance you will find pizerías, restaurants, laundry, gas stations and others. The property is very close to the famous letters at the entrance of the town and the famous Pastelillera El Otoao.

Adam's place was an absolute joy to stay out. The space was beautiful and quiet and perfect for a relaxing vacation. Adam was incredibly helpful and accommodated to our needs and was extremely communicative. I absolutely appreciate Adam and his willingness to make our stay as enjoyable and comfortable as possible. Our large group had plenty of room to have quiet time and have time to connect as a group. We rented the entire space as well as the glamping areas, which are awesome. The views are amazing, and it is remote. You must have a car. You are 15+ minutes to town which means you need to buy all the food you'll need in advance. Adam connected us with a local chef who delivered dinners to us which was fabulous. There are great hiking trails but not a lot of flat land for anyone who can't do pretty intense hiking. The kitchen was well stocked with great pots and pans and a family size griddle for pancakes. We found a great driver who we would recommend 100%. Look up Mr. Sanchez Transport & Tours on Insta and tell him Tobie sent you:) If you want to be away from the noise this is your place.

Beautiful view, good location. My concern was the property doesn’t have a gate, and there’s street dogs around, I didn’t feel safe with that, but Adam told me they are doing mayor improvements this year and probably getting a gate.

A great place to share as a family. The space is spacious and has everything you need: a good pool, an excellent bar, an indoor and outdoor kitchen, and a host who is always attentive to making your experience unique and unforgettable. It is ideal for large groups. One of the rooms has four bunk beds, properly prepared with quality sheets, pillows and air conditioning. Everything is clean and decorated in a picturesque way; every corner transports you to a stage of your childhood. A perfect place to create unforgettable memories. IMPORTANT: Everything works with 100% renewable energy. The facilities have solar panels, so there is nothing to worry about if the power goes out. Recommended 100%!

A truly unique place! The farm is on the side of a steep mountain, with creek and river access via a short but intense hike. If we did it again, we would have skipped El Yunque and spent more time in the Utuado area for the Puerto Rican mountain experience. It has been a highlight of our trip, and largely because of this fascinating farm and charming earthen home.
