Benoit opens the doors of his charming property in Douzy, in the Ardennes, just 10 minutes from Sedan and its famous Castle. This spacious 250m² cottage is lulled by the murmur of the Magne and extends over a green plot of 2500m². Nearby, enjoy many activities: bowling, karting, lake and greenway. Belgium is just around the corner.

The locomotive

Accommodation located on the 1st floor of a large house in the countryside that was once the village train station. The cottage has a private entrance and is completely independent of the main house, you have a living room, kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom with bathtub and secure parking.
