Harben Cottage is a 150 year old traditional stone cottage - 5mins drive from the Heritage Town of Ardara (20mins walk). Set amongst lush green hills & sitting next to a bubbling mountain stream. A mixture of new and old; low doorways, a turf fireplace, water supplied from a mountain spring, but also a gas cook top, oven, microwave, WIFI, & central heating. NB: that the toilet & shower are housed in outside annex - this may not suit everyone but adds a touch of authenticity for the brave!

Discover an interior wall made from old doors, a kitchen counter held up on Singers, shelves from old drawers from thrown out dressers, and more. Spend the day reading in the rocking chair, playing cards by the fire, sitting in the garden or taking a 5min stroll to the local village.

Restored Sheep Farmer's Cottage -Wild Atlantic Way

This tastefully restored formed Sheep Farmer's cottage is ideal base for your visit to Donegal. Located on the Wild Atlantic Way just outside the village of Kilcar with Sleive League to the West and Killybegs and Donegal town to the south. This is an ideal place to settle into for a night or two and return to each evening after visiting the beautiful Donegal countryside. There are wonderful views from the cottage of Sleive League (Sliabh Liag) beyond.
