Apartment holiday rentals in Arcueil

Great location, 2min walk to station and in central Paris within 15mins. Lovely bakery just opposite the property too for amazing croissants and bread. Akram was super quick to respond although we didn’t need to contact much as no need. We will stay here again on return to Paris

Very clean and roomy apartment for a family or group of friends. Very convenient as the metro stop was only a 2 minute walk and there was a nice bakery around the corner. Little out of the way from the city center but was a lovely and quiet neighborhood.

Daniel's Apartment was very comfortable. It is close to a metro station and the neighbourhood is very peaceful.

Thomas was an incredibly proactive and understanding host, incredibly nice, and that can also be said for the wonderful apartment that is really worth its price. All in all - close to metro, extremely clean and the apartment having a clean ‘artsy’ vibe, the kitchen was amazing as well as the bed being incredibly comfortable!

Excellent séjour. Nous avons pris ce logement pour passer 3 jours d’examens au SIEC. Le logement est à 4 min à pied c’est parfait ! Nassima est réactive et a vraiment tout fait pour que notre séjour se passe au mieux !

Ce séjour a été facilité et agrémenté par cette super location, accessible en transport en commun et agréable. Merci à l’hôte pour sa bienveillance et son écoute.

Emma's place is exactly as shown in the photos: simple, Q quiet, charming, with a lovely outdoor patio. The very beautiful Parc Montsouris is steps away. There are two cafes within a short walk for an easy meal or coffee. The train is around the corner for a 15 minute ride to Notre Dame. We had a very easy and comfortable stay.

the welcome and hospitality were exquisite and full of warmth. The attention to detail reminded me of Japanese hospitality! I go to Paris quite often and one of the pleasur in doing that is enjoy Hana's apartment :) Not to mention the brilliant position, close to the metro station and all facilities, the full equipped kitchen, the bathrooom with the best shower you can imagine and the confortable apartement size Thank you again Hana Luisa

Wirklich schicke und modern eingerichtete Wohnung. Sehr gut ausgestattet (u..a. Klimaanlage, Spülmaschine). Eim schöner Balkon mit Panorama-Ausblick. Liegt in der Nähe von einer RER B Haltestelle, man konnte also direkt ohne umzusteigen ins Zentrum gelangen.

Petit appartement plein de charme, super tranquille et calme, joliment agencé. Même s il n est pas situé sur Paris, rejoindre le centre est enfantin avec le RER tout près. Je reviendrai sans hésiter.

Logement petit mais fonctionnel, propre, agréable et bien équipé. Le quartier est sympa, pas touristique mais plutôt "authentique" avec beaucoup de commerces alimentaires à proximité. On est en périphérie de Paris, mais quand même proche de la gare Montparnasse (un quart d'heure à pied) et des nombreux théâtres de ce quartier. Pour le reste, le métro Plaisance est tout près, c'est donc bien desservi. De plus, l'arrivée est extrêmement pratique avec boîte à clef, horaire souple, explications limpides et très détaillées de Frédéric. Et une bonne bouteille nous attendait au frais :) Nous avons globalement été très contents de notre séjour, si ce n'est qu'il nous est arrivé de payer moins cher pour des logements équivalents. Probablement l'effet "saison" ?

Staying here was truly a wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, the hospitality was exceptional. Every detail was taken care of with such care and kindness, and it genuinely felt like a second home! The neighborhood was peaceful and serene. Amandine and Sébastien above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed and felt comfortable throughout my stay. I’m incredibly grateful for this experience and would absolutely stay here again the next time I’m in France. 10/10 highly recommend! 😊

The location was amazing for visiting various places in Paris. Further, the rooms were prepared really well, and it easily fits 4 people. It is written in the review, but the second bed is a sofa bed that ends up taking large space in living room but not too cumbersome

Sophie é muito atenciosa, alem de se comunicar rápido, auxilia em tudo que é preciso com generosidade! Montrouge é um lugar simpático, é facil chegar ao centro de Paris! O apartamento fica a cerca de 10 minutos da estação de metro e há 3 min da paragem de bus. Há bastante comércio e sente-se segurança ao caminhar pra casa. O espaco de Sophie é ótimo! É espacoso para os padrões de Paris, tanto o espaco da sala/cozinha quanto o quarto são muito confortaveis, dorme-se bem mesmo no sofá cama. A cereja do bolo foi a jacizzi que oferce um conforto muito agradável, as instalações sao novas e muito linpas. As toalhas e os lencóis tambem sao novos! Tudo impecável! A cozinha é bem equipada. A varanda estava em obras, certamente vai ficar muito bonita em breve! Com certeza voltaremos para aproveita-la! obrigada.

Great location and walkable to many prime attractions and restaurants. Billie promptly replied to questions. You may want to bring an electrical converter if you’re from the U.S. it was delightful!

One of the best Airbnbs i’ve stayed at. Host is very responsive and kind. The place is very nicely decorated and has all the amenities as shown in the pictures and a lovely terrace for morning coffee or late night chats. One thing to note is that you have to take one flight of stairs so keep that in mind if you have a lot of luggage. Otherwise would definitely recommend for couples or friends. 2 min walk away from RER C which is great.

- very clean and it is not too crowded for 4 people - all you need is in the apartment and more - close to metro station - great location, the neighborhood has everything you need and I feel safe - the most important thing is the host's Martin is a very helpful person, super nice. So, I personally think it's worth staying here even though it's on the 3rd floor and there's no elevator.
