We had a very nice Christmas with the family at this place. Small surprise from the host who had set up a nice Christmas tree. The living room and dining area is large, we were all able to enjoy it without stepping on each other. Very comfortable bedding. Thanks to Andrea, we didn't have time to meet her, but the phone contact was great. 👌 ☺️

Very nice relaxing house to disconnect for a weekend. The accommodation is well located and we had all the necessary shops within 5-10 minutes by car. And the volumes of the house seem even larger in real life than in the photo. I recommend

We had a great time in this spacious home. Romain was accommodating by allowing us to check in early, which we really appreciated. A few small details were missing (shower gel and garbage bags), and it is important to note that towels are not provided - we were fortunately able to get them after we arrived. All in all a positive experience.

Perfect 3-day weekend in Chappes, for family reunions, in a very friendly villa, green, easy to access, located in a pretty village and close to Troyes (25 mins). Very pleasant and bright main room (living room), functional kitchen, large garden much appreciated: well wooded and well-appointed (many sunny areas and shade areas to choose from), quiet, spacious. We were lucky enough to watch squirrels in the morning, and listen to the singing of many birds. The Seine and its clear water, at the end of the garden, offers a bucolic atmosphere (little risk of falling into the water, but young children to watch anyway). Excellent host: very good welcome from Paul, available, responsive, accommodating, attentive to his tenants, and possibility to order various local products (homemade jams, honey, fresh chicken eggs). We keep this very good address for a future new WE as a family 🙂

Wonderful house for family gatherings near Joigny. Comfortable beds- wonderful outdoor area and has all the kitchen amenities we needed to house our family. If you go- don’t forget towels for the bathrooms. Linens for beds included but not towels.

A perfect cottage for a weekend in the countryside with friends or family. The decoration is carefully thought out, everything is very clean and the setting is warm and bucolic. The composition of the two lodgings with a reception area is pleasant and flowing. It felt good there. I highly recommend. Thank you Fanny for your hospitality and flexibility.

The location of the house is ideal for enjoying the lake (5-minute walk). The house is functional and charming. All the necessary equipment is present to enjoy your stay. Host accommodating, available and friendly. A large heated swimming pool with no neighbors opposite. An inner courtyard for parking. We'll be back with pleasure:)

We had a great time at Alex's. The house was well-equipped and had everything you needed to have a good time with the family (outdoor games, swimming pool, jacuzzi, card game). The bedding is comfortable, the house is comfortable and the garden is very large. Thanks again for this weekend.

La maisonette was a perfect place for our getaway. The house is very quaint and beautifully decorated. We had all the amenities we needed and felt right at home. The terrace and the swimming pool were perfect for this warm weather and enjoyed every minute of it. Cynthia is a great host and would definitely recommend staying at her place if you are looking for a peaceful home close to the city and the lake.

We had a very pleasant stay in this beautiful house in Fontaine La Gaillarde for the Ascension weekend. It is tastefully furnished and you feel good there. The brand new kitchen is extremely well equipped. The weather was favorable and we were able to spend a lot of time in the garden and on the terrace. The small pool allowed us to cool off. William is very kind, excellent communication.

We are absolutely delighted with our stay! the accommodation is impeccable, the pool really nice, and we enjoyed the billiards/ pinball/ darts ect! Philippe made us a good wood fire before we arrived, the accommodation was very hot and the atmosphere was very pleasant 🔥 Great hospitality, and really great breakfast with local produce. We were very well surrounded by our friends the animals 🐱 🐶 a real pleasure! see you soon. ☀️
