Holiday rentals with a patio in Archdale

Kelly’s place was the perfect spot for our needs. Her communication and accommodating presence allowed us to feel really comfortable in the space. The location was gorgeous and we really enjoyed walking out back on the trails. Thanks for hosting!

I really enjoyed this place!! The description doesn’t do it justice. They weren’t too responsive but then I really didn’t need much information from them. Its very beautiful inside and very comfortable and it practically feels right at home. Next time I visit NC, this AirBnB will be my first choice.

The condo was spotless with good coffee next door and yummy bagel sandwiches across the street. If you’re a walker, many casual restaurants and a Trader Joe’s easily accessible by foot or by car. We only ate breakfasts in but appreciated the many glasses and silverware. Quiet area and friendly neighbors.

Excellent host and home! We have used Kristen’s place for the last 4 years while our grandson attended UNCG. This was the first place we considered for his graduation and commencement week. Kristen is a lovely host and her customer service is always great. The home is walking distance to the campus and located within 5 minutes of the coliseum. The house feels cozy, warm and inviting. Many stores and restaurants are in very close proximity. Make certain to sign the guest book in dining room! 😊

Our stay was the perfect space for us to rest and relax while we were visiting our family. Despite being June the weather was a little too chilly to enjoy swimming. My favorite morning and evening spot was in the porch swing by the pool. There are friendly hosts and then there are Jill and her family. They were so gracious and made sure we had everything we needed. Quick to answer any questions but ensured we had our privacy too. We have never enjoyed our hosts as much as the brief time we spent chatting with Jill and her husband. There are lots of books, board games, and little amenities like a towel warmer in the bathroom. We had coffee for our mornings and bottled water already in the refrigerator when we arrived- nice after a long drive. We were gone most of the day but arriving at night and having the pool area lit up was so inviting. When we find our way back to the area we hope to find her property available so we can stay again.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed the stay. It is right next to a Walmart and many other stores and restaurants. Checking in was a smooth and easy process and it was well lit outside which helped us feel safe. The whole apartment was free of clutter and clean. I would stay here again!

We felt right at home in her home. It was quiet and restful which was what we were looking for. The bed was so comfortable. I fell asleep almost immediately. My husband really enjoyed the squirrel outside the sliding door. I would recommend her to anyone.She is very friendly and she wants everyone to feel at home.

We stayed for 4 nights and absolutely loved it! The house had everything we could possibly think of. Spacious, clean, and had a very relaxing, homey feel. Located in a quiet area, it was the perfect getaway while visiting family. The hosts were incredibly accommodating and quick to respond to any questions. The EV charger was a huge plus! Highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

This property was exactly what we needed to celebrate my daughter’s graduation with an intimate family gathering. It was cozy, welcoming and very clean. The porch was a highlight, especially with the quaint neighborhood.

I stayed at Kumi’s place for one night on my way back from a seminar with my working cadaver dog. After a week of working, it was just the relaxing space we needed! I wish we’d had time to stop for more than just a night, I will absolutely be visiting again when it’s warm enough for the pool to be open. The hot tub was delightful for my sore muscles and the shower was super nice. The plants were such a nice surprise and made me feel at home. Kumi was an excellent host and K9 Duke gives her place 4 paws up

very clean and perfect size for my family. a really nice deck to sit outside at night and play cards or early morning and listen to the birds. would stay again if we were down that way

Pedro was an amazing host and his home was beautiful. Not only was it clean but Pedro was responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. The home is also very convenient and close to the HPU campus. There was a lot to do in the surrounding city’s which added to the value of his home. I was extremely pleased with the apartment. It was clean and quaint. I felt safe and comfortable knowing there was a door man. The apartment was clean and lend itself to choice of eating in or dinning out. The bedrooms were equipped with 1 king and 2 queens which worked out great for me being 6 “ 1. There was ample amount of parking making it very stress free. I truly enjoyed my stay and would recommend it to my friends when they visit the area.

It was very clean and everything was in order. It was a quiet and safe stay. The area is clean and all the shops and supermarkets are nearby.

Karim gave clear instructions. Check in was easy. He messaged me to check in with me after we had arrived and to see if we needed anything. I received a call during our stay that my dad who had been battling cancer had taken a turn for the worse so we had to change our reservation and leave a few days early to get home. Karim was very accommodating and he changed my reservation quickly after I reached out and refunded the days we didn’t stay. I was able to make it home in time to say goodbye to my dad. We will definitely rent from Karim again!!

I absolutely loved my stay. The condo was bigger than I thought it’d be. Super clean. I felt very safe. Area is diverse and centrally located. The wrap around porch with rocking chairs was such a plus. It’s quiet and serene and the space is super cozy and clean and has everything you would need.

This was my fourth or fifth stay at Anthony’s place. It’s become my go to whenever I visit Winston Salem for work. I like that it’s close to the highway so it’s really easy to get anywhere. His location is quiet and private, and it’s always extremely clean.
