Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Arcadia

Stunningly beautiful surroundings, tranquil and instantly relaxing. The house is very beautifully decorated, built to a high standard, impeccably clean and super charming! Dominic and Eirini are wonderful hosts. We booked our next stay already. For our fellow travelers: if you drive from Athens to Tyros there is halfway a small family run taverna in Nemea, called Danaos & Anastasis, which has very tasty food and most days has a BBQ with spit roast (especially delicious).

Ο κύριος Θοδωρής είναι ένας οικοδεσπότης που όλοι θα θέλαμε να συναντηθούμε!! Ένα πραγματικά υπέροχο κατάλυμα. Ευρύχωρο , καθαρό, πλήρως εξοπλισμένο και ήσυχο με υπέροχη θέα στον κόλπο !!! Αξίζει να το επισκεφθείτε!

Kostas home was lovely. It was pristine and beautifully decorated. It was in a suburban area, away from the crowds, with a wide pedestrian area out the front. There was a cafe and supermarket in easy walking distance. It was a short drive to several amazing beaches, we traveled in early June, it was warm enough to swim but the beaches were lovely and quiet. Kostas and Elena were very friendly, responsive and attentive hosts.

We have had an amazing stay! The area is amazing with plenty to do. The little house is very cute and every little detail has been thought of with so much love and care. We would love to stay here again in the future ❤️

I have been an AirBnb guest for over a decade and have stayed in dozens of places, and Evgenia's place was one of the best properties I have ever stayed in. The house has everything you need and everything is very clean and well maintained. The terrace and back yard are great for relaxing. Evgenia a kind and helpful host. The location is great with many of the southern Peloponnese an easy drive away. My only regret is that I did not book it for longer. An easy perfect score. Highly recommended!

We stayed here for 3 nights and really enjoyed our stay. The place looked exactly like the photos, and the view from the balcony was magical every morning upon awakening. We also appreciated that the host left fresh orange juice, recipes for greek dishes, water, fresh fruits, and sweet bread for us. These were all much needed after our long drives from all over in the Peloponnese peninsula. There was also plenty of parking spaces near King Minos hotel, and it was very close to the Tolo beach as well as Nafplio. Clean apartment in a perfect location and with all the amenities you need.

Wir haben uns auf dem mit viel Geschmack und traditionell angelegten Grundstück sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Blick vom Balkon über die Olivenhaine hinunter zum Meer war immer wieder faszinierend. Die kleine Kneipe im Ort haben wir vier Mal besucht und uns bei George sehr wohl gefühlt. Volle Empfehlung 😊

Πολύ όμορφο σπίτι φτιαγμένο με αγάπη και το έβλεπες παντού γύρω σου !! Η Αικατερίνη φανταστική οικοδέσποινα, ένας χαμογελαστός άνθρωπος που σου έδινε πληροφορίες για ό,τι χρειαστείς . Θα την επισκεφτούμε ξανά ελπίζω σύντομα !!!

Nico was an amazing and very considerate host. He provided us with all the necessary information at the check-in and left some fruit and Greek baked goods in the apartment which was lovely. He was always easy to contact and regularly asked if we needed anything. The flat is small, but with a huge terrace that offers the promised 360 view over Kalamata, which is especially great at night. It's about a 15 minute walk to the old town and the harbour. We didn't mind that the kitchen is only equipped with the essentials as we really enjoyed eating in the restaurants within walking distance. There are also bakeries and cafés for breakfast all around the flat. All in all, the flat is perfect for 2 people who want to spend a long weekend or a short trip in Kalamata.

l'hôte a été très attentionnée en nous offrant un petit repas d'accueil : sandwiches, tomates, mangue, gâteaux, bières, jus de fruits... très appréciable car logement sur les hauteurs du village, au calme, avec balcon et vue, et donne envie de se poser.

We booked this apartment primarily for its large terrace and views. It absolutely lived up to our expectations! The inside is very spacious, spotlessly clean and nicely equipped. The host Patricia is a very fine host. We walked to the beach in about 15 minutes in the mornings for a swim and in the afternoons, we relaxed on the terrace. A great stay!

If you are wanting a stylish, modern apartment on the edge of the old town, this is a must. Quiet, comfortable and cosy. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone. Would defo book again. Thanks Virginia.

Dimitris a accepté de nous accueillir alors qu’il n’était pas sur place. Nous sommes rentrés tardivement dans le logement comme convenu Avons été heureux de trouver un grand espace, frais après une chaude journée et surtout une cuisine bien équipée avec des produits de première nécessité c’est appréciable. Il y avait aussi un lave-linge qui nous a permis de faire une petite lessive rapide. Le lit était vraiment parfait avec un matelas confortable. Nous avons très bien dormi. C’est vrai que le logement est peut-être un peu sombre à cause de la terrasse au-dessus. Mais quand il fait très chaud, c’est peut-être un avantage ? Nous avions aussi une petite terrasse en rez-de-chaussée très agréable que nous n’avons pas utilisé car nous sommes restés une nuit. Voisinage très calme et résidentiel.

Die Wohnung ist zentral und trotzdem ruhig im neuen Teil von Nafplion gelegen. Die Altstadt ist zu Fuss in 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Der Check-in war problemlos und die Kommunikation mit Georgios funktionierte schnell und einwandfrei. Die Wohnung ist mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet und hat einen netten Balkon nach hinten raus. Ich habe mich sehr wohlgefühlt und würde die Wohnung wieder mieten

It was a last minute decision to spend one day and night in Itea during our road trip. We now wish it was longer. We fell in love with Itea at first sight. And Efi’s place…I can’t describe with words. It was very easy to find and park. Unloading and unpacking was super fast as there was a very large elevator. The flat was clean and tidy. All the small details and tiny gifts made us happy. And the view in the balcony… it’s beyond words… We spent the whole afternoon and evening, and even some of the next morning on the beach right next to the house, so I can’t say much about the restaurants but it was super easy to find nice supermarkets to cook and eat. See you next time Efi. Cuz we are sure there will be another visit. 👋❤️☘️

נראה בדיוק כמו בתמונות, נוף מהמם, נקי ובטוח. נקודת מוצא נהדרת לטיול בנפפיליו או סתם להכיר כפר שקט ויפה. הגענו בלילה והתקשנו טיפה למצוא את המקום, אבל התמונות שנשלחו לנו מאוד עזרו

Μειναμε παρα πολυ ευχαριστημενοι! Ηταν ολα ακριβως οπως περιγραφονται, πολυ κοντα στο κεντρο με τα ποδια, με πολλα καταστηματα/καφε/σουπερμαρκετ/εστιατορια τριγυρω. Πολυ ευκολη προσβαση και πολυ φιλοξενος χωρος. Ολα πεντακαθαρα και τακτοποιημένα. Εξαιρετικη η οικοδεσποινα, πολυ φιλικη και επικοινωνιακη. Το συνιστώ ανεπιφυλαχτα! Ευχαριστουμε για ολα :)

I am glad we chose Kostas place! Kostas was very responsive, answered all my questions before and during my stay. I didn't have to wait long for a reply! His checking in was smooth and informative! The balcony is amazing, so relaxling with amazing views! as a family of 3 it was the perfect Hub for us to go off an explore and come back and relax on the roof terrace untill bedtime! Place was clean and fresh if you thinking about booking do it!!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful Airbnb in Athens! From the moment we arrived, our host was warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home. She struck the perfect balance of being available whenever we needed help, yet always respecting our privacy, something we truly appreciated. The apartment itself was stunning, tastefully decorated, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. One of the highlights was definitely the pool, which we had the pleasure of enjoying throughout our stay. It felt like our own little oasis in the city. Another thoughtful touch was the welcome basket, such attention to detail! It was clear that a lot of care and consideration went into making our stay special. And a special thank you to our host for being so patient and kind when we (more than once!) forgot our keys. She never made us feel like a burden and always helped with a smile. This was one of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve ever had. We can’t recommend it highly enough ❤️

L' appartement est très joli, agréable, propre et très bien équipé. Le seul inconvenient est qu'il faut trouver de la place dans la rue pour se garer. Très bien accueillis, nous recommandons cet appartement.

We spent 6 most enjoyable nights in Nancy’s apartment in Nafplio. And it was a true spacious well-equipped apartment, not a studio. Parking was easy and the Wi-Fi super. Nancy was an impeccable host providing excellent information on a range of topics. The only small downside is its location, next to a school and despite double glazing you do get some noise. Houses across the road are rebuilding so a little noise from these currently as well. It’s also solid 20 minute walk to the old town/waterfront.

Malgré nos aléas de trajet, nous sommes arrivés a l'heure prévue, la sœur de Geogios nous attendait patiemment😁 le logement correspondait en tout point à l'annonce et tout était fonctionnel. Ce fût un bon choix. Merci

very clean, quiet, good location, comfortable beds, cozy, and comfortable space although would have preferred a more comfy couch for lounging. Patio gets morning sunshine, afternoon shade. Underground, secure, reserved parking space is big bonus. Google Nest worked great for playing music. would stay here again.

This is a beautiful apartment with awesome view of the sea. Very spacious living room and gorgeous balcony. The facilities are quite user friendly. We got everything we need for travel lodge. The location is close to the beach. Good place to talk a little walk. It's also a very nice neighborhood for quality dining and grocery shopping. Transportation is convenient. Take 10-15 minutes taxi drive to Akropoly and Piraeus habor. We would highly recommend this one!
