Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Arcadia

Xirocampi ist ein recht hübsches Dorf und als Zugang zum Gebirge (Profitis Ilias) gut geeignet. Die Wohnung liegt über der Gaststätte der Betreiber. Sie ist sehr bunt und mit vielen alten, persönlichen Gegenständen der Familie eingerichtet. Es ist alles da, was man so braucht. Zum Beispiel auch Shampoo und Bademittel. Es war sehr persönlich und herzlich. Das Essen war sehr lecker und preisgünstig. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt!

Charming traditional home with breathtaking views from the balcony — truly a hidden gem in Pragmatefti near Leonidio. Every morning (and night) felt magical. The house has an authentic, warm feel that made us feel right at home. Communication with Mina was more than perfect — friendly, prompt, and helpful throughout. Would definitely return!

E' la terza volta in due anno che scegliamo questo alloggio per le nostre vacanze di mare in Grecia, e l'ospitalità è superlativa. Γεώργιος e Γιοta sono accoglienti e gentili, nella migliore tradizione greca. La casa è pultissima e dotata di ogni attrezzatura per rendere la vacanza confortevole. La vista dal patio sulla Baia di Navarrino è incomparabile.Consiglio caldamente questo alloggio se volete spendere una vacanza marina .

This house is amazing. Everything is perfect. The view from the big terrace is outstanding😊😊😊

Sophia is a super friendly host whose home reflects her thoughtfulness and creativity. We felt welcome from the moment we arrived (in fact, when we were wondering if we had the right house, a kind neighbour came over to assure us we were in the right place) and she had kindly left breakfast items and fresh oranges and her own delicious honey. The house has two huge terrace balconies that both have far reaching, beautiful views, and it's so close to Ancient Mycenae l. I would recommend a two night stay here so you can get up to the site early in the morning while it's cooler, then come back for lunch and a rest, and go back up to catch sunset at the Lion Gate. Parking is right outside and the area seemed very safe. We met the sweetest elderly cat too, who liked to hang out with us on the terrace. We were there during a bit of a heatwave and the air conditioning in the bedroom and front room was invaluable. In short, an authentic greek village and old-school Airbnb stay.

Was soll ich sagen? Der Kontakt zu Ileana war von Anfang an wohlwollend und super herzlich. Ich habe mich sofort wohlgefühlt mit ihr. Sie hat im Vorfeld schon Reisempfehlungen geschickt und ständig gefragt, ob sie irgendwie behilflich sein kann. Ich habe alles wie beschrieben vorgefunden im Haus. Und es war wirklich alles nach meinem Geschmack. So ähnlich würde ich auch leben. Ich habe mich sehr wohlgefühlt dort. Durch die doch stärker als gedacht befahrene Straße war es manchmal ein wenig lauter durch den Verkehr. Das habe ich aber nicht als extrem störend wahrgenommen, aber es ist mir aufgefallen, wahrscheinlich weil ich in der totalen Ruhe lebe. Ileana, ich würde wiederkommen. Danke für dieses bezaubernde Haus und Dich...

Nous avons passé un excellent moment dans ce logement en bord de mer. La terrasse est parfaite et permet de profiter de la vue sur le mont de Monemvasia. La vieille ville est disponible à pied ou en voiture à 5min. Nous faisons le tour de la Grèce et c’est vraiment un logement coup de cœur que l’on recommande sans hésiter. Eleni est adorable et nous avions même des petites attentions à notre arrivée (oranges dans le frigo qui nous ont permis de faire de délicieux jus frais). Le hamac en terrasse est génial. La fenêtre au dessus du lit dispose de volet mais pas les autres. Nous avons en plus bénéficié d’une arrivée prématurée nous permettant de profiter d’autant plus de la vieille ville.

This is the place you will feel comfortable and will be able to relax from noise. There are 2 work places (separate rooms , tables and chairs) perfect for someone who works remotely. Super clean ! Top comfy and large bed! Place is spotless! There is everything you need in the kitchen (olive oil , salt/pepper , coffee , cookies:) ) Totally recommend!

Neilo’ apartment was awesome. Spotless and well equipped with a great view, and relaxed atmosphere. Look forward to staying again.

This place was amazing, beautiful and well kept. We loved our stay here. Dimitrios provided a ton information about the area and some great restaurant recommendations. I wish we had stayed longer it was so good.

Αν και πήγαμε περίοδο με πάρα πολύ ζέστη, το σπίτι ήταν άψογο και άνετο.ησυχη γειτονιά,με κοντινές αποστάσεις.ειχε τα πάντα πολύ κοντά (φούρνο, super, τράπεζα κ.α). Η κυρία Βασιλική είναι ευγενέστατη και μας συμβούλευσε ποιες περιοχές να επισκεφθούμε και μαγαζιά που μπορούμε να φάμε στο Παράλιο Άστρος.

This is a beautiful, historic apartment. It is quite spacious, bright, and nicely decorated in classic style. The outdoor area is lovely with outdoor chairs and a large unbrella. The location is quiet, though only steps away from restaurants and shops. The beds and linens are very good. Dia, the caretaker, met us and was very friendly and helpful. There are many steps to get up to the apartment, but you can drive up to drop off your luggage before parking at the free port area parking I would happily stay here again if I ever return to Nafplio!

It was a last minute decision to spend one day and night in Itea during our road trip. We now wish it was longer. We fell in love with Itea at first sight. And Efi’s place…I can’t describe with words. It was very easy to find and park. Unloading and unpacking was super fast as there was a very large elevator. The flat was clean and tidy. All the small details and tiny gifts made us happy. And the view in the balcony… it’s beyond words… We spent the whole afternoon and evening, and even some of the next morning on the beach right next to the house, so I can’t say much about the restaurants but it was super easy to find nice supermarkets to cook and eat. See you next time Efi. Cuz we are sure there will be another visit. 👋❤️☘️

In dieser hochwertigen Villa waren wir für neun Nächte und haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen. Das recht neue Haus ist modern eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Große Räume, eine Terasse mit tollem Meerblick und viel Ruhe. Man ist auf der Anhöhe komplett privat und kann die Ruhe genießen. Umgeben von vielen Olivenbäumen wohnt man praktisch mitten in der Natur. Einzig die Zufahrt zum Haus ist für den normalen Straßenfahrer etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, da es vom Meer hoch zum Grundstück doch recht steil bergauf geht. Da aber praktisch kein Verkehr herrscht, kann man ganz entspannt und langsam hoch- bzw. runterfahren. In der Umgebung gibt es fantastische Strände (meisten mit Steinen) und nach Kalamata selbst fährt man ca. eine 1/2 Stunde mit dem Auto. Wer also Ruhe sucht und in einem modernen Haus mit viel Platz urlauben möchte, dem sei dieses Anwesen sehr zu empfehlen.

Fantastic experience at this location, the host were easy to communicate with and the rental was just as advertised, we had a wonderful time. They did little things that really stood out for us who travel the world a lot like having aluminum foil and Saran wrap, having Tupperware we could use and an ice pack in the freezer . We cook a lot when we travel and having a functioning kitchen is very important and they definitely had that. The gift of bananas and apples were quite tasty. there is even a nice chilled bottle of Chardonnay on the table waiting for us, but we don't drink. The dog and cats were very friendly and made our stay even more enjoyable. Perfect distance to the city and then away from all the noise. Don't forget to look for the sunset around evening time because it's quite beautiful. If we ever find ourselves on the west coast of Greece again you can believe that we will definitely rent from these guys again.

Our stay at House of Hydra could not have been more perfect. Giota was an amazing host, very hands on & communicative with any questions we had. I would 100% book again if returning to Hydra! & could not recommend more highly!

We loved our stay at Villa Panos. The house was perfectly equipped and had everything we needed for a family of 4. Panos was an excellent host and was very helpful, he went the extra mile to make sure everything was working. I highly recommend the Villa for a quiet get away. The beach below the house is so quiet we basically had it to ourselves. Great place

Wow, what can I say, this place is simply amazing! The house is spacious with great sized rooms, well appointed kitchen with a few basics and pods for the coffee machine, which was a great touch. The bathrooms all have lovely toiletries, shampoo, conditioner and shower gel so no need to bring them. The master bathroom has a door to a private balcony, also accessed from the master bedroom, which was super cool and had an amazing view, as did every window in the whole house! The outside space is just gorgeous, nice wee pool, comfy loungers and my favourite was the covered seating area, I miss having my morning coffee there. There is a great BBQ area with a bag of fabulous local charcoal provided, a basketball hoop and ball which my kids used a lot and a swing set & seesaw for younger ones. Lidl is a 5 minute walk and had everything we needed but the closest restaurant is a good 30 minute walk so a car is advisable. We hope to return as Eleni was an amazing host and her house is amazing !

This place is amazing! I felt like I was living on a movie set. The house and the views were absolutely breath taking. Even though the house is a bit further from major cities— it’s worth it! Judy was so easy to communicate with and very friendly. Highly recommend!

This villa was absolutely stunning! It exceeded our expectations. As much as there was to do within 45 minute drive, it was hard to want to leave this property. We were fortunate to have rather good weather during our stay which allowed for breakfasts on the porch, dips in the pool (not heated but worth braving the chilly water even in March), picking lemons from the onsite trees to make our own homemade lemonade and enjoy magical sunsets for happy hour. The house was even larger than expected and provided such ample space for us all to spread out. The host is incredibly kind and responsive. We enjoyed movie nights in the basement "second house," and greatly appreciated having a washer and dryer. The only thing to note is there are quite a number of stairs to enter the main floor and a spiral staircase between the basement and the main floor (and the main floor and the second floor). We enjoyed cooking extensive meals in the kitchen and the neighborhood cats that greeted us.
