Live in the colors of summer in a house with terrace a short walk to the beach

We have completely renovated this lovely house typical of Arcachon. We love to sit in the pretty armchairs on its wooded terrace, then go for a walk on the beach that can be reached in just 3 minutes' walk. You can also walk to the market as well as the heart of the city. The house (90m2) consists of a ground floor and 1st floor. There are 3 rooms on each level. On the ground floor, the kitchen, living room , bedroom and independent toilet. Upstairs, two bedrooms separated by a living room/TV area. Two bedrooms have a shower, washbasin and toilet. The other has a shower and sink. The floor is joined either by an internal staircase or an external staircase. On the ground floor each room opens to the 80 m2 terrace. The very pleasant terrace is furnished and offers a small kitchen area with sink and plancha. For your check-in, either someone will meet you or you can pick up the keys from the key safe. I will specify the terms prior to your arrival . I stay in constant contact with my guests before and for the duration of their stay The house is a short walk from the heart of Arcachon and very close to the beach easily accessible on foot. The neighborhood is residential and quiet, but has local shops for shopping. You can come by taxi from the station or also on foot.

Entire house 6 travelers 3 bedrooms - 5 beds - 2 bathrooms - private swimming pool - several terraces - parking (electric charger). “Cabin” on the port of La Teste. 10 minutes from the beaches and dune of Pilat. Authentic oyster farming district. Train station 400m away. Atypical for the comfort provided by the wood, its terraces, its water environment (between the port and the 'canelot'), its views, its swimming pool and the neighbor's oysters - the best in the Basin. This is my personal home.

In the city of 7 ports, you will find yourself well in this 2014 house and fully equipped as at home. Everything is there! The house is located in Arcachon itself, in the Abatilles district, near Pereire beach on a quiet street, shops next door. Large wooded lot, you can park several cars there. The house has two equipped terraces. It has an extensive living/dining room, a very well-equipped American kitchen, 3 bedrooms (2 renovated in 2020 and a master suite in 2017 and 2024) and a mezzanine, as well as a bathroom renovated in 2019, separate toilets and a laundry room. Fiber OK.

Cosy Little House

Petite Maison de charme indépendante avec son jardin, au centre de l’Aiguillon à deux minutes à pied du port et la plage. Lumineuse et très calme. Cuisine américaine toute équipée, le salon avec un grand Bow-window à la vue dégagée. Poile à bois. Un mezzanine avec lit pour deux personnes et un lit pour une personne au rez-de-chaussée. Tout pour vous charmer !
