The perfect place to stay for our boulder weekend in fontainebleau :) 4x 2-person beds, 2 showers, 1 restroom, and 2 underground car spaces was perfect for 6 people.

This place is perfect ! A little piece of Fontaine bleau heaven . Our Host Aurélien thought of everything for our stay. He really went above and beyond from welcome to check out. The apartment is beautiful inside and everything is how described . The location is perfect . We feel lucky to have found this little Gem and hope it won’t be long again until we can return here . Great place for my week long trip for bouldering, location is nearby to shops and great restaurants. Was as described with both the normal and sofa bed being good.

We have greatly enjoyed our stay. Everything we needed was present! The flexible arrival was a plus for us! It was a spacious house that was enormously cozy and well cared for. We definitely recommend staying here if you would like to go climbing or enjoy nature!

Our stay at Xavier's house was excellent. The house is exactly as shown in the photos. The renovation seems to have been quite recent. All facilities are new and of excellent quality. Unfortunately, we did not have the time or opportunity to make use of the outdoor areas (lounge, barbecue and pool). The haman was not available, but it was not needed. I highly recommend the property.

Great friendly hosts who gave us great tips about the area. The house is super close to the bouldering sites. Amazing garden and huge variety of toys so my boys were super happy. House is spacious and very light. We will definitely come back!

We were with a group of friends for the annual bouldering in Tony's accommodation and were more than satisfied with our stay😊! A great house with all kinds of specials and everything your heart desires. We spent a lot of time in the large living area, as well as on the cozy balcony in the courtyard and the garden area and felt very comfortable! 😊 Communication with Tony was great, check-in and check-out were easy and uncomplicated! We would be happy to come back anytime 😊🙏

David and Ann-Sophie's apartment is excellent. Modernly equipped, beautifully furnished and everything you need is available. The apartment is part of a large horse yard, so you are surrounded by nature. David gave us many helpful tips for excursions in the area. At the same time, the apartment is superbly located to make trips to Paris without having to endure the hustle and bustle of the city the whole holiday. The apartment has a small terrace, which we used to sit in the sun for dinner and enjoy grilled meat. We were completely satisfied and would be happy to come back.

Perfect location, city center with shops and restaurants only a minute walk away; yet very quiet. Communication worked very well. The apartment was just as described, and we felt very comfortable.

Very good stay, nice 3 bedroom apartment with everything you need inside. All instructions were clear and simple. Apartment on the 2nd floor (no elevator) and parking in a gated community.
