The place is identical to the photos! Safe, clean, well-equipped and quiet condominium. The apartment is cozy, everything is very clean, equipped with essential items and super functional. The host was super kind and friendly, giving clear and objective answers, and responding super fast! I'll be back again. I traveled for work, but I plan to return with my family. Spectacular!!!

Spacious and cozy property. It has a clothes dryer. Entrance to São Lourenço park on the corner, plus a huge swing in a tree in front of the house. Space to store two passenger cars. I highly recommend it! We had three children and we all enjoyed the place a lot.

It was a wonderful experience. The house is beautiful, rustic, cozy and very well maintained and organized. The place is very quiet, perfect for relaxing and enjoying with the family. Karen was very attentive at all times. My 2-year-old daughter was the one who enjoyed it the most, she loved playing in the grass, seeing the chickens and Mag (a very docile labrador). I recommend it and we will be back soon!

Clean space, befitting the descriptions, comfortable bed. Useful and pleasant space, well located for those who need to be in the Portão neighborhood. Garage residence, a safe place above all. Good, helpful and very polite people host. I recommend it without fear, and whenever you need to be in Curitiba it will be my first option!

The beautiful chacará, very pleasant. The whole house and hall this helps a lot (you don't have to take a lot of rsrs), I paid a visit earlier to see the place, since it was my little one's niver. Luciana cannot be present for check-in and chack-out, understandable due to her being with a new baby and, even so, it was very attentive and receptive passing all the information and tips (through Whats), we will return with certainty.

The apartment is very functional and was very clean. Communication with the hosts was easy and they responded fast to our queries. The check-in process was also easy. Location is good as it's between the centre and Batel, and not too far from the bus station. The view from the small balcony is also nice. If we ever return to Curitiba, we would stay again.

Our stay was extremely lovely. Marli was attentive and quick to answer all my questions. One of the main reasons we chose this place was the flexibility they had regarding check-in and check-out. In addition, the building is super safe and well located, close to bakeries, restaurants and the bus station. It is also worth saying that the view from the apartment is beautiful! I really enjoyed staying at Maria’s place. It was very clean, quiet, organized and had everything i needed. The amenities of the building were one of the best i have stayed at. The gym, the pool, meeting rooms, market shop were great! Maria was also very quick to respond to any questions i had and was very accommodating.
