Отличный дом, вживую даже лучше чем на фотографиях) Отдыхали компанией 8 человек и все прошло отлично, бассейн, зона барбекю выше всяких похвал плюс отличный вид на Ереван. Ни одного нарекания к качеству проживания, огромная гостиная, комфортные для сна спальни, чистые ванные комнаты, на кухне есть все необходимое. Отдельно хочу отметить хозяев дома. Очень отзывчивые и чуткие люди, всегда на связи, порекомендовали очень хорошие рестораны, места, которые будет интересно посетить, а так же организовали нам 2 экскурсии. Еще раз огромное спасибо за теплый прием, в следующий раз однозначно будем останавливаться у вас!

Отличное место как для приватного отдыха, так и для исследования Еревана и окрестностей. До центра можно добраться за 15 минут на такси. В доме есть большой и чистый бассейн, удобная мангальная зона, сауна работает хорошо. Пять комнат позволяют разместить большое количество гостей. С балконов открывается прекрасный вид на город. В целом, в доме есть все необходимое, а хозяин приветлив и готов помочь в любой ситуации. Из того, что можно было бы улучшить: в одной ванных комнат был повреждён смеситель и в душе не регулировалась вода. Также, не хватает более плотных штор - после восхода солнца в спальнях много света, нужны маски для сна.

We had a wonderful time at Vanik’s place! We were 7 adults and a kid, and the place was big enough for a comfortable week long stay. Communication with hosts was great, they were very responsive and provided tools we asked for. Vanik also provided a lot of information about places to visit and even provided custom made videos on how to get to the nearest market for essential food and sanitary needs. If we visit Armenia again, we would love to be back in this place.

Location! Location! Location! Perfect for all. Quiet enough for the kids yet so close to the nightlife. Easy walk to the restaurants at cascade and shopping and you can always catch a cab at the cascade streets.

If this is your first visit to Armenia and you’re accustomed to European or North American AirBnBs, it’s important to adjust your expectations, as the level of service may differ. However, I would definitely recommend this place based on the level of services typically available in Yerevan. The pool is quite small, roughly 3 by 4 meters, but it's refreshing for a quick dip in cold water during the summer. Be prepared to bring your own essentials, such as shampoo, toilet paper, paper towels, spices and so on. In terms of location, it’s about a 30-minute walk or a 10-minute drive to the heart of Yerevan. The property offers a beautiful city view from its spot on the hill.

Дом понравился, есть просторные общие зоны. Спальни небольшие, но если в них только спать, то места достаточно. Хозяева очень гостеприимные, настолько, что несколько раз приезжали во время нашего отдыха, чтобы полить цветы и проверить наполнение бассейна (почему-то бассейн не был наполнен до нашего приезда, а скорость заполнения невысокая). Решайте сами, комфортно ли вам с таким высоким уровнем гостеприимства :) Дом визуально чистый, но из-за того, что это буквально дом, пол был грязный, в белых носках лучше не ходить. Иногда в части спален по утрам было слышно соседские машины и разговоры, но большую часть времени было тихо. Рядом нет больших магазинов, так что еду лучше покупать в Ереване. В пешей доступности есть несколько локальных кафе и небольших ларьков. Конечно, самое главное на территории — это шикарная терраса с видом на горы и симфонию камней. Идеально для праздников. У террасы есть крыша и небольшая летняя кухня с холодильником. Общие впечатления приятные!

Great house with beautiful and spacious rooms! We had an absolutely wonderful stay, and the property exceeded our expectations. The kitchen was a highlight for our family—it was very easy to use and well-equipped with plenty of utensils and essentials, making it perfect for preparing meals together. Sumbat, the house owner’s brother, was an excellent caretaker—attentive, friendly, and always ready to help. Such lovely people made the experience even more special. Thank you, Sumbat, for your hospitality! The location was peaceful and convenient, and the house was comfortable and inviting. A few suggestions for improvement: adding barbecue equipment would be a fantastic addition, and some bathroom pipes and switches could use a bit of upgrading. Overall, it was a delightful stay, and we hope to come back again. Highly recommended.

Vigen’s villa in Jrvezh was beautiful, clean, and perfect for our family. The fresh air and peaceful surroundings were amazing. Vigen was a great host, responsive and welcoming. Highly recommend for a relaxing stay!

Everything was great . The host is very nice and very helpful.. the place is near a downtown and it has 2 great bar near the house. The house was super clean. I enjoyed it and I recommend it

My new favorite Airbnb in Armenia. I wish I could have stayed longer! I felt so comfortable because it was clean and decorated so well! We did not want for ANYTHING during our stay. The weather and water is so clean and fresh. I highly recommend this place who is looking for comfort in the nature.

Хорошее расположение, частично приватная территория, терраса. Приветливые соседи, предложили нам портативную колонку и одолжили вазы для цветов. Не хватило вещей первой необходимости, посуды.
