Hunan was an exceptional host and this apartment was absolutely perfect! It’s in the best location and walkable to so many spots in Yerevan. The street it’s on is also very exciting and filled with so many things to do and restaurants to try. Hunan was so kind and helpful and came to check in with me a couple times on questions I had, and was also helpful in answering questions of mine that didn’t even have to do with the apartment, but about the location, security, and living in Yerevan in general which eased my nerves as a solo traveler! The apartment was incredibly spacious, comfortable, and had everything I could ever need! I hope to return to Armenia soon and would stay here every time! Thank you so much Hunan.

Out of 4 apartments we rented in yerevan this apartment was my favorite and i can say the best out of all..next time i will go back to Armenia, this will be the apartment i will surely book again.

Artistic space, lots of natural light and beautiful views. Also close to everything (even a small supermarket right next to the entrance). We had a great stay. Thx Michael!

A large spacious apartment with an interesting design. Excellent location in the city center, two supermarkets are nearby. The apartment is in excellent condition, everything is clean, there is everything you need. I was satisfied with the stay.

The unit was fantastic so clean and modern. Very conveniently located near to shop and restaurant. There are a lot of cabinets space and storage. The unit was well equipped there were even snacks and food for us. Allah utensils and household items are brand new and fully functioning. The unit is even better than a 5 star hotel. There was a home entertainment system with surround sounds including in the bathroom and the kitchen also. Even though there was only one Aircon unit it was sufficient and cooled the whole apartment. We love the unit so much! RECOMMENDED!

Great apartment and very friendly hosts. Everything matches the description. I stayed in May, and it was neither too hot nor too cold. The view from both sides of the apartment has a nice Yerevan vibe. The windows block out street noise very well. The bedroom window opens to an Armenian-style clothesline with a pulley. I felt completely at home here.

The apartment is compact but well-equipped for short stays. The location is excellent, with plenty of cafés, restaurants, shops, and public spaces within walking distance. Despite the presence of nightlife spots on the street, it was quiet inside thanks to the windows facing the courtyard. The lack of direct sunlight also helped keep the space cool during the hot weather

Liana's apartment was the perfect space in the perfect place. I would have liked to stay a few more days, but the apartment was already booked for those days. It has everything you need. The atmosphere inside is pleasant, I felt completely at home. In addition, the contact with Liana - as far as necessary - was very pleasant. It was also nice that I was able to check out a little later, so I could comfortably bridge the time to the next address. I would like to come back here on my next visit to Yerevan.

Spacious quiet place in the city centre, with everything you need. The host is very responsive and ready to help any time.

The apartment’s location is very convenient, just a short walk from the Metro. Both Shengavit and Garegin Nzhdeh Square stations are about a 10-minute walk away, though we preferred Shengavit because the walk there is nicer. There are several supermarkets nearby, all open until late. The closest one is Evrika, just a few steps away. The bed was very comfortable, and the kitchen was well-equipped with pans, cutlery, tableware, and basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, etc. The WiFi was fast and stable. I was able to work and join online meetings without any lag. Our flight arrived very late at night (around 4 AM), and Amalya was very kind to let us check in at that time. The area is quite residential, so you won’t see many other foreigners around, but everything you need is within walking distance. The street can get a bit noisy during rush hour, but the windows insulate against the noise very well, which is great. Definitely recommend it! Thanks, Amalya and Artak!

It’s a wonderful spacious studio apartment, modern and tastefully designed. Communication was top notch. Easily beats the hotel for me and a quick trip down to the city center. Highly recommend!

A lovely apartment has everything you need

Great place to stay in Yerevan. Lovely balcony, excellent host (good communication in English), working air conditioner. 10 minute safe walk to the metro. Would definitely stay here again.

Artak and Lilit were very helpful and responsive. More than that, they were very welcoming and made us feel right at home in their wonderful AirBNB. (A huge thank you to Lilit who made sure that we were comfortable and checked up on us on our trip! It made our stay much more memorable!) The place itself had a lot of amenities and is a walking distance to a lot of places. Everything we needed was already in their place. The building itself felt very safe and secure so we had nothing to worry about. Overall, I would highly recommend this place!

Arsen’s place was a great spot to stay in Yerevan! The apartment is very cozy and has everything needed for a comfortable stay. Its location is also very convenient for getting around Yerevan. We really liked the place, and Arsen was very polite and helpful.

Ruzanna is very accommodating and welcoming. The place is centrally located but is adjacent to a very busy public park with people enjoying the outdoor restaurants and cafes with loud music. It is noisy at night but closing windows usually solves the issue. The apartment is on the first floor with only one flat of stairs. The place is big and nice but needs some minor repairs and upgrades to make it more comfortable and enjoyable.

The host is very accommodating, she even allow us to check-in early. Her place is very clean, she provides everything you need in the apartment. We stayed in apartment for 4 days and 4 nights. The place is very accessible and walkable in supermarket, coffee shop and even tourist spots. We enjoyed the place. Thank you so much Siranuysh

A very nice stay in a very comfortable and very clean apartment, located in a lively area of Yerevan, but overlooking a very quiet courtyard! The owner was good advice and very responsive (as soon as we arrived at the airport!), and he came to welcome us on site. We would definitely recommend it!

From the very first contact David was very accomodating to all my requests. He provided detailed/video instructions of how to find the place, the parking. Responded to every message within a minuet or less. Generously provided with all personal care products. As a host, I rate him 5 out of 5. The apartment is big and specious, well laid out, equiped with all essential items for comfort. The location is fantastic, walking distance from 24/7 supermarket, fresh bakery, cafes and restaurants, shops for little shopping therapy if you wish and much more. I loved the security of the building with 24/7 monitored security, working lift. Definitely good value. I highly recommend this apartment and will definitely visit again. I had a great stay at this flat. It was clean, spacious, and exactly as described. The owner was very helpful and friendly, making the whole experience even better. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable stay!
