Встретили гостеприимно, были добры и помогли сориентироваться в округе. Квартира была чистая, опрятная. Присутствовало все необходимое (полотенца, шампуни, бумага). На кухне было даже кофе ) Квартира не в самом центре города, но все рядом, до центра 5-10. Рядом куча кофе и кофеин (3-5 минут). Гостили всего одну ночь, но нам понравилось. С удовольствием приедем еще.

Grant and his brother were very kind and promptly answered all questions. The apartment matches the description, all basic amenities are in place and working, and there were no issues with Wi-Fi and air conditioning. The location is good, with a bowling alley in the same courtyard and a large supermarket, Erevan City, right across the street. The apartment is well-suited for solo travelers or couples. My stay at the apartment was pleasant, thank you, Grant!

Прекрасная, большая квартира с двумя спальнями и просторной гостинной. Две ванных комнаты. Прекрасный вид! Вы можете пить кофе на терассе и любоваться роскошным видом на гору Арарат! Квартира превзошла все наши ожидания! Мы прекрасно провели время. Уютно как дома! Хозяйка очень приятная в общении, отзывчивая, всегда рада помочь. Огромное спасибо за гостеприимство! First of all, I need to tell how amazing people Anush and Maxim are. They are helping with everything you need, they like to meet new people but they provide your private space as well. Anush is really helpful and nice woman. Her english knoledge is a big plus and his husband, Maxim is an adorable man as well. Can’t describe how kind he was with us during our stay Their place is also amazing. The view from the balcony is better than from Garni Temple, you have billiard and table tennis for free of charge and you can have some fruit from their huge garden too. Peaceful, clean, private Perfect stay! Don’t hesitate to book! Thank you so much for your kindnes Anush and Maxim❤️

This was a large family gathering flying in from around the world. Ilona's place was perfect for all age groups, ensuring everyone felt right at home from the kids to the octogenarians. Positive vibes at the location, with the house's own apricot, apple, plum, cherry, grapes and walnut orchard (!!) keeping the kids engaged and elders able to relax. The neighbourhood is a cul-de-sac and is a calm community of villas where we felt safe having the kids play unattended. The location of the house oversees Yerevan's surrounding plains and offers a prime, unobstructed and majestic view of Mount Ararat, the tallest mountain in Europe, and what's believed to be the final resting place of Noah's Ark. The house is minutes drive away from grocery stores and restaurants in the Yerevan city centre. While the house provided great amenities and location, enough can't be said of Ilona's kindness ensuring we were comfortable, and had everything we needed. We'll be back next year for another month's stay
