I had very quiet days, the apartment has everything you need and the host is super helpful and responds super fast! The garage is very easy to park. There's everything around, a big market nearby, a gas station next door! I'd definitely come back!

The place is about 15 minutes from the center of Joinville, but it is easily accessible by car. The place is a house that has been divided into several spaces. It was clean and well maintained, the stay was peaceful.

Accommodation exactly as in the photos! Full kitchen, with all necessary utensils! Local was clean and organized. New apartment and building, with all leisure area available and facing the sea. They provide a blanket and all bed and bath linens. Close to Beto Carrero (approx. 20 min) and easily accessible.

We had a great stay in the apartment. Very beautiful, well decorated and cared for in every detail. Janaina was very friendly and available at all times. Comfortable beds and bedding, good shower and everything was clean. We recommend it!

The only setback was with the electronic tower exit device, which required contact with the concierge for clearance - something that is due to the condominium system, not the host. Wagner also provided detailed information about leisure spaces, gave tips on places to visit and food options. We recommend the accommodation for the attention and quality of the space offered. Overall, the experience was quite positive and pleasant. We will certainly revisit the place.
