Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Arakawa City

Great stay! Lovely neighborhood, very close to the train station, plenty of places to eat but still very quiet. Very clean, we had a great time!

This homestay is suitable for everyone. The room is very clean and the owner is very nice. I hope to stay here again next time♥️.

Wouw it couldn't be any better!! masa is such a nice guy and very welcoming! upon arriving we felt welcome, he explained everything and went his way. he had answers for every question we had and helped us to the best of his ability. upon arriving we gave him some Dutch gifts ( fridge magnet of a wooden shoe with tulips and a pack of stroopwafels) this shook him but he accepted it with a smile from ear to ear! the accommodation was clean and well taken care of, plenty of room for 2 people and really close to Ebara-machi station, which we used the most to get around. friendly people around Ota and the 7-11 around the corner is also very helpful! next time we are planning to stay longer! Domo arigato gozaimasu masa-san!

Overall it was a great place to stay. Yoshi always got back whenever I had questions and the home itself was great. For the amount of beds and location close to two train stations you can’t beat the price 10/10.

I honestly don’t know where to begin. Staying in Keiko’s home was truly one of the greatest honors of our time in Japan—it was a highlight of the entire trip. From the moment we walked through her door, we were immersed in Japanese culture. Keiko greeted us with warmth and kindness, making us feel immediately at home. She patiently guided us through everything, showing us how to use her space with care and respect. Her home is a reflection of her spirit—graceful, serene, and full of beauty. I was deeply moved and inspired by her presence and generosity. Being invited to take part in her traditional Japanese tea ceremony was an experience I will never forget. She took the time to teach us the rituals and meaning behind each step, explaining everything with such clarity and heart. She dressed us in beautiful kimonos, carefully helping us put them on the correct way. Drinking matcha that was pure and fresh—words fail me. It was unlike anything I’ve ever tasted. Espectacular!, zona residencial, próxima al transporte publico y atracciones turísticas. El anfitrión comunicaba bien y rápido. Dio informacion y fotos para que pudiéramos llegar bien al alojamiento. El alojamiento como estaba en las fotos y nos dejó dos ramilletes de flores fresco, (que fue un detalle que no habíamos tenido antes en ningún alojamiento). Nos dio información que no se encuentra en guías. Fue nuestro ultimo alojamiento en Japón y podemos decir que fue el mejor de todos sin lugar a dudas.

일단 숙소가 너무 예뻤고.. 다다미 있는 숙소를 눈에 불을 켜고 찾아다녔는데 이 집이 일본 감성 대박이었어요. 시내에서 좀 떨어지긴 했지만 그래서 그런지 외국인들이 거의 없어서 오히려 새롭고 좋았어요~! 집주인분도 엄청 친절하십니다!

A true gem, a great stay with a fabulous host! Hitomi and Taka are the best hosts, who go out of their way to ensure our comfort and we have everything we need. The house is well supplied with all of the necessities. They offer many great recommendations around the neighborhood and are always quick to respond to any questions. First and foremost, they want to ensure an enjoyable stay. The apartment is very cute and comfortable, and was perfectly prepared for our arrival. Good heating and cooling, perfect for any season. With the tools in the kitchen, it is convenient for meals. Plenty of markets nearby for fresh food. Great shower and bath! And the washer/dryer is helpful and convenient. The neighborhood is fantastic, quiet but with many restaurants and markets nearby. It is an easy walk to transportation. Akabane is a big station to go easily anywhere in Tokyo. It was a pleasure to stay and we will be happy to return to the great hospitality of Hitomi and Taka. Thank you!

Fantastic stay in Asakusa! Comfortable apartment in a wonderful neighborhood with many options for sampling local cuisine and easily walkable to transportation. The hosts are very responsive and provide many area recommendations and informative travel guides for Greater Tokyo and beyond. The taxi was also a plus! Thank you for our most memorable stay in Tokyo!

L’appartamento è molto pulito e curato, gli spazi sono comodi e ben disposti. Il proprietario è disponibile e risponde molto velocemente alle richieste. La posizione è un poco dislocata, ma in una zona molto tranquilla e con tutti i servizi a pochi passi dall’abitazione. Consigliatissimo!

너무 친절하고 항상 빠르게 응답해주셔서 좋았습니다! 숙소도 사진과 똑같고 화장실도 아주 깔끔하여 잘 사용했습니다☺️ 역 근처에있고 근처에 편의점도 있어서 정말 편했어요! 도쿄 호텔은 거의 캐리어 펼칠공간도 없는데 둘이서 펼쳐두고 다닐정도로 넉넉했습니다👍

Overall, it was a great stay! The location is convenient—about a 10–15 minute walk to Kitasenju Station—and the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful there for I don't recommend who wants to party. There’s even a 7-Eleven nearby, which was super handy. The unit is simple, clean, and had enough space for two people with four suitcases. The bed was comfortable and clean, and the place had pretty much everything we needed. I do wish there had been a full-length mirror. Also, if there are guests staying in the unit above, you might hear some noise. When I come back I would like to stay again. Yuka was a great host, she responded quickly when I needed to ask questions.

Was a nice stay in Tokyo, great for family or friends as there are 2 rooms to stay. Masaki is very friendly and replies very quickly. Thank you for having us😊

J'ai adoré séjourner ici. Le logement est identique aux photos. Il est très bien situé et proche du métro. Le quartier et très calme et c'est vraiment agréable. Je me suis réellement sentie chez moi 😊 Enfin June est une hôte vraiment adorable qui est très reactive et qui nous donne de bons conseils. J'y retournerai certainement pour mes prochains voyages à Tokyo 😊.

the host was very responsive and kind. they were able to get us extra pillows, which was nice. the room was clean and the extra toiletries were awesome as well. the bed was a lot firmer than I am used to, but I think that's just Japanese style! Just a heads up :)

Logement petit et tres mignon. Proche de la station de métro et de Shinjuku . Le logement est propre et convient parfaitement pour un couple . Je recommande

I love this place. It’s in a quieter neighbourhood and the room is sizeable especially for the standards in Japan. Only thing is if you don’t like the noise coming from upstairs as the walls are a bit too thin, choose the top floor. But it’s only accessible by stairs. Train station is closed by, convenient.

Host was very nice and friendly! Left us a cute message and gifts. Place was nice and clean, with our group enjoying our stay

房间和照片一模一样，干净、舒适，布置得也很用心。街区非常安全，晚上出门也很安心，地理位置也很方便，1分钟就到电车站，附近还有很多便利店。房东准备得很齐全，我自己带的转接器和牙刷都没用上。入住体验非常棒，推荐！

it was really nice stay! surrounded with convenient store , near supermarket, few of local restaurants and importantly they all friendly with foreigner (they can't speak English but they help you till last)! the host also super active and helpful! if you want to experience local life but not too far from the city i would recommend this place! Also it really easy to go Narita airport too.
