A very large condo over 100sqm near Higashi Shinjuku and Wakamatsu-Kawada stns. Close to Shinjuku, Harajuku, Shibuya & Ikebukuro. Two Bed Rms (one Tatami room), Kitchen, Living Rm & 1and 1/2 bath. Of course, we have an elevator. Quiet, and cozy. For family and senior. Near by Higashi-shinjuku sta. (10 min) and Wakamatsukawada sta.(8 min). We accept 2, 3 or 4 adults (over 16) only. No single stay acceptable.

2019年新建公寓楼！本楼一共5层14户，本房间是5层的501号房，本楼所有设备均是日本目前最新的家庭用设施（包括带烘干功能是24小时浴室，温水马桶盖等，日本的家庭用设施普遍好于普通酒店设施），现在整栋已经获得日本民宿牌照，欢迎大家的到来。房源位于东京著名山手线上的日暮里站。地铁站步行5分钟即可到达房源。从出站到房源路上，商店林立，各种药妆店就在道路两侧，拉面店、居酒屋、寿司店、烤肉店等餐厅数不胜数，步行3分钟就是东京著名纤维街。步行8分钟就是著名的谷中银座—猫街（周杰伦说好不哭取景地，网红打卡处）。
