Apartment holiday rentals in Arakawa City

Nous sommes restées presque deux semaines chez Hiroko et le logement correspondait en tous points à nos attentes ! Il était un peu petit mais convient parfaitement pour deux personnes ! C’est juste dommage qu’il n’y ait pas de lavabo de salle de bain mais notre hôte propose l’équipement nécessaire pour pallier à ça ! Je recommande ce logement, en particulier pour sa correspondance aux descriptions et son quartier remplit de restaurants tous plus alléchants les uns que le autres !! This apartment is well located and Ikebukuro is a great base. We enjoyed our stay here. The apartment is spacious by Japanese and the balcony and rooftop a special bonus. Note the two single beds as we would have preferred an option.

We really enjoyed our stay in Cask Village. The room was beautiful, and it was nice to have a kitchen and a washing machine. The showers were very big as well. The neighbourhood is very cosy and away from the hustle and bustle from Tokyo, very peaceful! There were 2 stations nearby, which brought us to most neighbourhoods in around 30 minutes. The host received my lost luggage when it arrived (when we weren’t at the hotel) and sent us a message to ask us where to put it. Very grateful for that :) I would recommend Cask Village to anyone who wants to experience a beautiful room, close to Tokyo and in a peaceful neighbourhood.

Great stay and host was super responsive. I accidentally booked an extra night before we got there and they left us some money as a partial refund for that night.

My family of 5 had a great time in Tokyo. Toshi's place was in an excellent location and close to transit, convenience stores and restaurants. Would definitely recommend!

The room is well-equipped. It includes all the things you’ll need and the amenities are clean and well-preserved. The location is very convenient, one-minute walk to the station and there is a supermarket nearby which sells food cheaper than the markets in the city center. The owner provides clear instructions and pictures, easy to check in. But note that there is no elevator. Overall the place is clean and comfortable. The price for stay was also reasonable! Yuichi was great to deal with. The apartment is excellent value being larger than average at the price point and close to the train yet quiet and comfortable. We had own own bathroom and there was also a public bath house on the ground floor included in the price. I would highly recommend Yuichi's apartment and will definitely stay there again if available on my next visit. Five stars from us.

Location and the interiors and amenities were excellent. The host had complimentary snacks and drinks for us which was a very nice touch. Only downside for me was it was at the end of my 10 day trip so there was a lot of luggage to take up and down the 4 flights of stairs. Other than that it was an awesome stay, will visit again if I get the chance.

Konaklamayı yanlışlıkla 1 kişi olarak seçmişim, 2 kişi olarak düzeltilmesini kabul ettiler. Temizlikle ilgili olumsuz yorumlar gördüğüm için korkmuştum fakat gayet temizdi. Lokasyonu JR Metro ve marketlere yakındı. Sadece gece geç saatte dönerseniz çevrede alkollü erkekler çok fazla oluyor, biz herhangi bir olumsuz durumla karşılaşmadık ama sadece kadın seyehat ediyorsanız bilginiz olsun. Günübirlik başka şehirlere gittiğimizden Tokyo istasyonuna yakın olması iyi bir olanaktı. Çamaşır makinesi için deterjan vardı. Bazı tesislerdeki gibi misafirlerin kullanabileceği şemsiyeleri bulunmuyor. Biz genel olarak memnun kaldık.

Lovely place to stay, super clean, plenty of clean towels, shower gel/shampoo provided, amenities great. Lots of 7-11s or equivalent around. Short walk to metro station and easy to get anywhere on the underground, including the airport. TK was responsive, helpful and generous. Can’t fault our stay (3 adults) and would definitely recommend.

The apartment is very spacious and clean! There is lots of closet space and places to lay out luggage without ever feeling cramped. The view from the bedroom window is spectacular at night, just a beautiful view of the Tokyo Tower. The appliances worked great especially the on-demand water heater, the super auto heat function on the microwave and the Dyson hair dryer! The shower room heater/room dryer dried our clothes and the room super fast. Walkable to a convenient store, grocery store, and good restaurants. The neighborhood is truly silent at night yet convenient to multiple train lines. Excellent stay❣️

J'ai adoré séjourner ici. Le logement est identique aux photos. Il est très bien situé et proche du métro. Le quartier et très calme et c'est vraiment agréable. Je me suis réellement sentie chez moi 😊 Enfin June est une hôte vraiment adorable qui est très reactive et qui nous donne de bons conseils. J'y retournerai certainement pour mes prochains voyages à Tokyo 😊.

Perfect fit for our family of 6 including 3 kids. Very compact but well equipped and cozy, close to Yamanote line. They even provide with a coin dryer just outside the door next to elevator. The hosts are responsive, friendly and nice. Helen even welcomed us in person on our check in day, thank you very much! We had a great stay and it is definitely highly recommended by us.

Our host was very nice and responsive to our questions.The instructions and house rules sent were easy to understand. The apartment was clean but smaller than we expected, it is just nice for 2/3 people. The neighbourhood is quiet but it has a lot of stores such as supermarket, drug store, convenience stores and laundromat (there’s a small laundromat near the supermarket ) within a short walking distance. The nearest train station (Keisei-Koiwa station) is a short walk away and you can walk about 20 minutes to Koiwa station on the Chuo-Sobu line. From Keisei-Koiwa station, you can take to Narita Airport directly without transfers).

Such a great find! The flat is stunning and looks exactly as described, spacious and very nicely designed and decorated. The area is also very vibrant, loads of restaurant and the host kindly provide a long list of places to go

We had a lovely stay at this cozy apartment in a quiet neighborhood near Gotanno Station. The room isn’t big, but it truly felt like home. It had everything we needed, from a kitchen and washing machine to thoughtful touches like a first aid kit and in-room baggage storage. The area is peaceful yet super convenient, with several convenience stores and a large supermarket nearby. Gotanno Station is just a short 3–5 minute walk away and offers a direct line to Ueno, with easy transfers to other major lines. The host and co-host were incredibly responsive and helpful, especially with local recommendations. We’d definitely stay here again if we get the chance! This was a great place to stay close to everything and an easy walk to the Ueno station. It was clean and nice and everything worked well and instructions were provided for ac and other appliances. I can’t wait to visit again!

很宽敞，离地铁站很近，很方便。房屋设施齐全，洗漱用品也很齐全，房东人很好，可以寄存行李。

조용한 숙소에서 머물고 싶었는데 방음도 잘 되고 아늑한 숙소입니다. 두 명이 묵기에 딱 적당한 것 같아요. 제가 위치를 헷갈려서 처음에 길을 잘못 찾아가긴 했지만, 연락을 드리니 빠르게 답변해 주신 덕분에 숙소를 금방 찾을 수 있었습니다. 숙소 이름과 방을 말하면 웰컴 드링크 커피를 제공해 주시는 카페도 근처에 있어서 잘 이용했습니다. 미노와역과 버스 정류장도 도보로 멀지 않은 거리에 있어 대중교통을 이용하기에도 괜찮은 위치라고 생각합니다. 다만 편의점이 아주 근처에 있진 않습니다. 그래도 왔다갔다 하기 나쁘지 않은 거리예요. 스카이트리까지 걸어가기는 좀 멀고 아사쿠사까지 걸어가기에 괜찮습니다. 모든 필요한 물품이 다 구비되어 있어 좋았습니다만...! 침대에서 삐걱거리는 소리가 좀 납니다. 저는 그런 소리를 크게 신경 쓰는 편이 아니라 괜찮았지만 예민하신 분들은 신경 쓰일 것 같긴 합니다. 그리고 창문이 없어서 그런지 방이 습하다는 느낌이 있습니다. 꿉꿉하다는 느낌은 아니고, 자고 일어났을 때 건조해서 목이 아픈 것보다는 오히려 이쪽이 더 낫다는 느낌입니다. 불을 껐을 때 빛이 전체적으로 차단돼서 꿀잠 잘 수 있어요. 공용공간에서 드립커피를 내려 마시거나 물을 끓여서 라면도 먹을 수 있습니다. 저는 커피랑 라면 정도만 먹었는데 공용공간을 잘 활용하실 수 있는 분들이라면 이것저것 해보실 수 있을 것 같습니다. 도쿄역이나 신주쿠역쪽은 가격대가 좀 있을 것 같아서 우에노 근방을 고르게 됐는데 가격대도 부담스럽지 않고 전반적으로 만족스러운 숙소였습니다. 감사합니다.

Rien à signaler, l'appartement était spacieux, agréable et propre. Tout fonctionnait très bien! J'ai passé une bonne semaine dans ce logement!
