Once again I felt at home! Everything is impeccably clean and organized, everything is working properly. In addition to meeting our expectations, they even fulfilled a special request that made our stay much easier. The view is indescribable! It is well worth it.

Enseada remains one of the best places for those seeking rest, privacy and a break from the bustle of downtown Caldas. Check-in is smooth, with no bureaucracy and extremely polite staff. The apartment has a beautiful view of the lake, everything well organized and clean. The apartment has basic utensils that served us perfectly. The hosts were always kind, from the reservation, with clear information, without gaps for questions! I would definitely come back and recommend the apartment of Clessio and family.

Our stay was excellent. The apto is super beautiful, comfortable and in front of a forest, which was great since we went with two pets. Super recommend!

Our stay was excellent in Geraldo's space. The location is very faithful to the photos. I was surprised by the quality of the mattresses and bedding, all of good material and very comfortable. Very spacious and it served my group very well, there were 13 of us.

Spacious house, very good to spend a weekend with the family; swimming pool with heated water (it was cloudy and it rained, still the water was heated). Garage for two cars, full kitchen, good beds and pillows... everything was like n the listing description.

Great location, I have no words to describe how good my stay with my family was... Fully equipped kitchen, super clean bathrooms, rooms with incredible accommodations. In addition to a large space, to enjoy in a group and or family. My pet was very welcome, which was a differential for the group because it was a large pet. The host was super attentive, and always responded quickly. I highly recommend the place, a spacious place with several differentials, in addition to offering wonderful comfort. A 10. New beds, everything very well organized, airy and mold-free, plus several fruit trees on site with beautiful lighting at night! Perfect, I'll be back soon!

Quiet stay! There was a small problem, but Gerda quickly solved it. I already knew the condominium, I really like the leisure area and the location.

Flat is great and comfy!! I spent 60 days in this flat and it was simply an amazing experience. The place is super well located, on the side of nature and glued to the mall – perfect for those who want tranquility without giving up the convenience. I was working on a work in the mall (I am Architect) and the logistics could not have been better. The flat is well equipped, comfortable and has a super pleasant climate. But the highlight goes to the host: attentive, helpful and always ready to help. If you're looking for a nice place to stay, you can book without fear! It's super safe place!!!

It is already the 2nd time we stayed at Thermas Place at Apto 815 do Juliano. We Like the apto, the TV (movie channels), air conditioning, hot shower, minibar, everything working optimally well! Comfortable queen bed! That tasteful smell of cleanliness! The pools are heated and are always clean. I brought bedding, towels and pillow as usual. It was offered by Thermas Place breakfast for kg and lunch (Marmitex and executive dish $30.00). About the host, Juliano nothing to complain, he is always available! We'll be back soon! Thank you!

The GPS of the app sent us to a location that had no hotel. Because we don't have the address , we were afraid. I couldn't communicate with the hostess on my cell phone, but we were able to share the other guest. Immediately she answered and gave us the address. It was the only drawback. The accommodation was quiet and corresponds to what was offered.

Quiet check-in and check-out, the apartment is new, and includes hospitality (bed linen and towels for use in the apartment) and storage. There are cookware such as silverware, plates and glasses. The pools are mostly cold, unlike the other hotels in Caldas. Just one that was a little warmer. They could vary the temperature from a cooler to a very hot one, to try to please the most diverse tastes. We only use it on the day of arrival, when we chose to have a meal there, sorry to be missing several menu products. We opted for a meat with cassava that was ok. The children used the society field every day and there were always more young people to play ball. We dine in the restaurants that are close to the reception, where there are hamburgers, crepe, craft beer, Italian restaurant and regional food. We intend to return in a warmer time to enjoy the pools and resort area better.
