Everything is correct as described or better. The house is very comfortable, the trees and the patio awning are perfectly oriented to keep out the midday and afternoon heat, and the location is quiet but very close to towns and the beach. The only thing, to put a but, is that we once messed up the communication because we used the airbnb messaging, the co-host used WhatsApp and we crossed some messages. But nothing serious.

Beautiful place, perfect if you need to disconnect and enjoy nature. Decided to go in June so that the pool was also available, and it was really nice to plunge in the late afternoon. The house has basically everything, and the hosts are always kind and always ready to help in case. Even if it's hot outside, the house remain quite cool, especially the ground floor, so that's great. The host will guide you to the house, as it's a bit secluded and the roads are slightly unpaved - but not to worry, you can easily do the trip even with a small car (did it with my 500 with 0 problems). The place is very charming and relaxing. I was travelling with my cat (she also enjoyed the place a lot), and I felt really safe as a woman by myself. Really recommend!

The truth is that the house is incredible! We had a great end! Of course, as a recommendation you have to bring mosquito repellents in the summer season! We will repeat!!

A little slice of remote heaven. Completely off grid away from the hustle and bustle. Eve was a great host, super helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble! Make sure you have a car suitable for going off round as the drive up to the cave is an adventure in itself. Views make it worth it though!

What a fantastic find! A very simple but perfect escape in the countryside, complete with goats, chickens and a few working cats. We spent two lovely weeks in this serene location and didn’t want to leave! Every cell in our bodies was relaxed and recharged. We especially loved the melody of the cow bells as we relaxed in the backyard and the ability to cool off in the lovely dipping pool when the temperatures soared. If you need a complete escape to nature, this is your place! And there are scores of nearby villages and locations to hike and enjoy. We hope to be back again next year—thank you so much for everything!!

Extraordinary! Laurence and her husband are beautiful hosts; the house is gorgeous and each room and apartment renovated with care and with soul; and the location is staggering - peaceful and wild. We loved the pool, the jacuzzi, the shared spaces, the swallows, the stars, the thoughtful recommendations, the kindness.

We have enjoyed the area and the house very much. It is located in an idyllic setting, if you love nature and it does not lack detail, to enjoy a few days there. It is true that the road is rocky, but we accessed it without any problem, even though there was heavy rain those days. Robin and Laura's service has been excellent. We had a problem with the stove and they immediately came to solve it. The Matarraña is more than spectacular; it is a place to stay and live and not return to the big city.

We spent 3 spectacular days at Casa Vicentica and Polo with a group of friends and 2 dogs. The house matches the description exactly, and it has everything you need to spend a few days. It is very clean and tastefully decorated. It's ideal for a relaxing vacation with friends or family, as it has plenty of outdoor space for pets and children to play and a wonderful pool. The area is super quiet, but very close to sights and several supermarkets. Edgar is a superhost: friendly, very helpful and decisive. He gave us good local recommendations, made the check-in and check-out times more flexible, and helped us on the last day when we had a little problem with the car. We recommend 100% spending a few days at Vicentica and Polo's house, we will definitely be back! :)

We had a wonderful time in Dirk's house. The house is very well situated, so many things to do in this beautiful region: beautiful sea coast, mountain, swimming in rivers... Just the perfect place to be. To have so many bedrooms and bathrooms is not usual, and being 12 persons makes things so easy! Kids and adults enjoyed playing at the pool :). Nobody around. We could shout, dance, play music... And there is space enough for those who wish/need some privacy. Dirk has always been available, flexible and so helpful! Thanks for that. If what you want is tranquility, disconnection and contact with country life, it is the place to be. My daughter, who is an animal lover, enjoyed a lot giving goats or sheep to eat, we were also lucky enough to be able to interact with some chicks. Pure air, quiet. It's a comfortable place, with hot water, kitchen and TV (I didn't expect it). With enough space for 4 guests. Important to know that nearby there is nowhere to buy, food, etc. The closest is Huete, which by car is not far away. So you have to be prepared with everything you need, oil, sugar, and all the food that is thought to be consumed. Among other things, I note that it is only 45min from Cuenca. So either on the way to El Granjuelo or going out for a day round trip, it is easy to spend the day in Cuenca, get to know that beautiful city and come back for dinner in El Granjuelo. I hope we can repeat soon.

Incredible location, Big house with gigantic views surrounded by almond trees. Rabbits, deer in the garden, vultures and eagles over you. Spectacular access, partly gravel road. Thank you so much!

If you like being in nature and can enjoy the tranquility away from the hustle and bustle, this is the place to be. Everything you need for easy life is available. No direct neighbours, you're all to yourself. And yet Mamen is within walking distance and always has an open ear. I will be happy to come back for the next stay in the region.

We stayed again at Maitina's place and we loved it! Definitely recommend and very thankful for hospitality!

We were 12 people and we were very comfortable. The games room is great and although we couldn't enjoy it much the garden is spectacular.

Totally recommendable. It was a stay with friends and children. The kids really enjoyed it because they had so much ground and space to play. The house is very large and clean. We enjoyed many of the tranquility of the stay, and the views. Fully equipped.

The house is as shown in the photos and the listing. On the ground floor is the living room, which is spacious, the kitchen, which is quite large and has a table for about 10 people, a bathroom and one of the bedrooms. From this floor you can go out to a terrace/porch where the barbecue is located, as well as a dining table and the back of the house where the pool is located with various furniture both for the pool and for eating/dining, a small bathroom as well as a play area with a trampoline and swing On the second floor there are 3 bedrooms, one of them with double beds and a bathroom. Finally, it has a rooftop terrace. The house is very quiet, with hardly any noise, ideal for hanging out with friends / family for both adults and children. The only downside I would give the house is that there were many mosquitoes and ants, but that, after all, does not depend on the house. Finally, communication with the owners was very simple and they responded very quickly

We spent a weekend with a large group of people (12) in this house and we loved everyone. Especially for groups of many people it is an ideal option, since it has many rooms (all very spacious) and enough bathrooms, a large kitchen and different spaces where to be located for eating, hanging out etc. The room with indoor barbecue is very enjoyable, as well as the attic and terrace on the first floor. The house is perfectly equipped and has everything we need. It is in a very quiet area, with great views and pleasant walks. I would also highlight the cleanliness, which is impeccable. It is a cozy and very complete house in every aspect. Communication with the host, perfect, always ready to help with anything you need. Thank you Mireia for everything!

Very well-equipped house. You don't need to bring anything (sheets, towels, tea towels, salt, pepper, coffee, oil, shower gel, etc.) everything is provided! In addition, a giant lunch basket was offered to us on arrival! Very well-equipped house with many games available for adults and children. We were there with a women's group of 10 people for 3 nights and were just thrilled. A very clean and beautiful house, in which nothing was missing. In real life, the house is even more beautiful than in the photos online and the pool is also an absolute dream. All necessary equipment was available and parking in the courtyard was also easy. The communication went smoothly, nati and her husband are very helpful and always available. We would all go back to this great house immediately.
