Holiday rentals with a patio in Arabian Ranches

Das war eine der besten Unterkünfte die wir je hatten, das Apartment war wunderschön eingerichtet, sehr groß, hatte 2 Bäder, 2 Balkone und einen atemberaubenden Ausblick. Es war alles super sauber und sah aus wie neu. Ein weiteres Highlight war der Rooftop Pool mit Blick auf die Skyline und das Meer. Es gibt ein sehr gut ausgestattetes Gym und bis zur Dubai Mall sind es nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

The apartment is in an excellent location right in Business Bay with a view of Burj Khalifa and only about a 10-minute walk to Dubai Mall. The place was very clean, and overall well-prepared. Most essentials were provided, including water, tissues, towels, dental kits, and fast Wi-Fi. The decor is stylish and gives the apartment a premium feel. However, a couple of things could be improved: the sofa wasn’t very comfortable, and the mattress could be better. Also, a pair of slippers would have been nice to have, as it was the only missing amenity. Still, it’s a solid stay, especially if you’re looking for a well-located and beautifully designed apartment in central Dubai.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay! From the moment we arrived, everything was smooth and welcoming. Klaudia was incredibly responsive and helpful, providing detailed check-in instructions. The space itself was clean, stylish, and very comfortable—exactly as pictured, if not better. The bed was cozy, the Wi-Fi was strong and the kitchen had everything we needed for preparing a few meals. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches like fresh towels, coffee capsules, and drinking water 🤍 It also has a perfect balcony with a pool view. Location-wise, it couldn’t have been better. Just a short walk from soacialicious (asian restaurant) and choitrams, yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful and private. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Dubai! :)

Great short stay and long stay option in JVC, very close to the main road and easy connectivity with JLT and other major bits of the city. If you are renting a car, do make sure you get the access pass to the parking .. it can be a pain if the access pass to the parking is not available / made available

Super séjour ! L’appartement était conforme à la description, très propre, bien équipé et idéalement situé. L’hôte a été très réactif et accueillant, ce qui a rendu notre expérience encore plus agréable. Je recommande vivement et n’hésiterai pas à revenir !

We had booked this place for a company retreat. The hosts were very generous, responsive and accommodating. Flexible with an early check-in, late check-out. The house is decorated beautifully and very well equipped - all kitchen goods were in excellent condition. The location is easy to find (you have to have a car, it's Dubai) and the backyard is serene and peaceful. Great stay and rare find for a large group of people. Highly recommended

Excellent location near the Burj Khalifa, Museum of the Future, Old Dubai and different places of convenience, the host is very attentive and helped us a lot. Without a doubt, we recommend it and we will stay again. 10/10

As a Family of 4 who used to live in Dubai, this place was perfect, everything was as described and Roxanne and Aziz were unbelievably helpful and responsive from booking onwards and while we were staying there. We hired a car as we know our way around and the location was perfect, 15 mins away from almost everything. We really appreciated how easy it was to find the place and easy to get in and out. Wikki was a great host and the apartment was much more than I hoped it would be. I particularly appreciated the Nespresso machine and the huge TV with Airplay. I had coffee at dawn each day on the patio. With the small supermarket downstairs stocking everything I needed, I cooked every day for the entire week. The building is new and impeccably well maintained. The pool and outdoor space are lovely, and the gym is nicely equipped and never crowded. Would love to stay here again.

It was a really nice place to stay at! Especially the terrace was amazing with a beautiful view. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need from cleaning supplies to plates and so on. Port de la mer itself is a quiet place with lots of possibilities to go for a walk. I for sure can recommend Georg and this apartment!

Had a lovely stay at Yasirs place everything just like the photos. Communication was good and he allowed me an early check in. Only suggestion is some mugs would be nice for tea and coffee, and some larger glasses and wine glasses, apart from that perfect. Thank you Yasir

a great place to stay, whether short or long term. I was a bit worried when booking knowing it was a capsule hostel, however the capsule was spacious. place was clean and other guests were respectful for those looking for needed sleep. hrwat value for a good space! Nas is also a great host, although i didn't communicate with him much, when I did he was helpful. Will definitely stay here again when I come back!
