The villa was fantastic and Nicolas was very responsive, accommodating and friendly. Everything was clean, and the pool and hot tub were great. Would definitely recommend.

A fantastic stay and everything was seamless from start to finish. Lovely pool area, plenty of space, air con in every room, well equipped kitchen. David available if necessary but not needed. 3 min drive into the village with plenty of amenities. Already talking about coming back!

My husband and I loved our stay here. The evenings in the jacuzzi, admiring this beautiful view are our core memories. We definitely recommend this place.

This is an excellent place to stay. It is easy to get to other locations and places of interest. Shops are a short drive away. The pool is a lovely size, I would recommend heating. The house has everything you'll need for your stay. The jewel is the beach which is a short walk away, it's really quiet, lovely views and nice walks, the sea is great for swimming. Only heads up is that we had difficulty following the directions we were given from the airport to the villa but should have just put the villa address into google maps or similar sat nav which would have been easier. We would definatley stay here again and really enjoyed the games rooms and all the facilities available. Thank you to Joseph who responded quickly to any issues we had, which were only one relating to a broken key. Overall everything was great.

This villa was in the perfect location for walking to the beach, shops, restaurants and lots of options around. We have 4 children age 6 and under and the villa felt safe for them and had everything that we needed. I didn’t feel that the villa was as clean in general as it could have been, however this was a small issue in an otherwise wonderful holiday. I would happily stay here again.

Mila was very friendly upon arrival, even though we arrived late due to flight delays. She warmly welcomed us, gave a full tour, and made sure we had everything we needed, going above and beyond from the start. That night, we relaxed by the atmospheric, well-lit pool, which was always warmed by the sun! Throughout our stay, Mila consistently fulfilled our requests, brought us fresh fruit from her tree, bedding, car rental info- without hesitation. We spent a lot of time in the shared garden and always felt comfortable. The pool was perfect in the Cyprus heat, and Mila kindly allowed us to smoke by it. The kitchen was well-equipped, and essentials like soap, toiletries, and coffee were provided. The AC was new and effective, the bed was comfy, and the bathroom was stunning. Mila is a gracious, helpful host with beautiful artwork around her property. We highly recommend staying here—close to the sea, peaceful, and welcoming. We will definitely visit Paphos and stay at Mila’s place again.

Absolutely gorgeous villa. The views are breathtaking. You'll definitely need a car to get about but if you want this amazing view with your morning coffee it's worth it. Tala square has great restaurants and there's a little supermarket and deli there too. Property was spotless with everything we could need inc English TV channels. Beds were a little firm for us (Personal choice) but using spare duvets under the sheets sorted that. All in all a fabulous two weeks, could not fault it. A little slice of Cypriot Heaven.

Anna Marie’s place was in a great location to the beach as well as most local sites. Easy walking to ruins and the beach. Location was quiet and had a nice swimming pool.

We have just returned from a lovely 10 night stay at Villa King X. The villa had a mid stay clean with clean linen and towels. The villa information book is very useful. We had a very enjoyable stay and will return. Car is essential as Villa is , in my opinion, too far away to walk down to Latchi. The hosts are exceptional .

lovely home in a idyllic location. Comfortable beds, a well equipped kitchen and plenty of space indoors but the star of the show is the outside area. We spent a lot of our holiday relaxing in the pool or on the deck surrounded by the beautiful views and sounds. Would definitely recommend if you want to get away from it all.

We really enjoyed our stay - the apartment was a perfect base for exploring the beautiful Troodos mountains... The apartment is very comfortable with a right-at-home feel, we loved the vintage decorations & the terrace plants & flowers :) Kitchen is very well equipped, enough pots & pans for a family feast! Location is great, quiet & peaceful but lose to local restaurants & supermarket in the town. Nature trails & historical monasteries are within driving distance so it was easy to plan activities. Host communications were friendly & helpful - it was very easy to find the apartment & check in. We would happily return when we next visit Cyprus!

The house was a lot bigger than expected, and had a great location! Everything that we needed was there, and the hosts were very friendly! We would definitely come back again, the access to the sea, and walking into the centre was perfect!

This was my 4th stay here along with friends 1st stay. As always a great stay and no problems what so ever. Peaceful relaxing break, with everything we needed, and thank you for allowing one of the guests to check out later due to a late flight back. Looking forward to coming back again. Andreas is a great host, very helpful, quick to respond and very friendly. The place was Exactly what was described. The bungalow, gave us a lot of space and privacy. Lovely swimming pool, and beautifull views was Just a cherry on the top:-) Great restaurant, Beaches and historical spots around, and all that in neighborhood of national park! For those who are looking for peacfull place, with picturesque views and plenty to do in area, this is the place. We are highly recomending Andreas as a lovely host and his great bungalow. We hope we can come back one day ❤️

We had an amazing 2 weeks staying at such a beautiful villa. We are familiar with the area so for us was very easy to find and to get around. Beverley is an amazing host and responds to any questions extremely quickly. I have no hesitation in recommending this for a lovely peaceful holiday. We ❤️ Cyprus.

Estea's place was a good base for us to enjoy our stay in the Paphos area. The Apartment is basic but functional with everything you could need for your stay. Location wise its a short walk to the Kato Paphos area where there are bars and restaurants and the harbour a little further. The old town is a longer walk but is worth a visit too. Parking is free and very useful if you have a car. The area itself seems a little rundown but did not feel unsafe, there are lots of new developments going on around it with new buildings being built. We enjoyed our stay here and it was great value for money.

Christophe is a great host! He asked us in advance if we had any additional requests, and since we were planning to stream movies, he upgraded the internet connextion. He also provided a detailed guide to the house. There were a lot of useful utensils and supplies for a washing mashine and dishwasher. On New Year's Eve, Christophe also helped us with an electrical problem, which we quickly solved together. Overall, the villa was very nice, equipped with every imaginable kitchen tool, barbecue and gas fireplace. We were happy with our stay in Cyprus thanks to the substantial contribution of Christophe and his villa!
