This airbnb is a gem! We loved the area and so close to the beach. The natural beauty and laid back atmosphere make for a very relaxing vacation. Scott takes great care and gives so much attention to detail. He has generously stocked the bnb with tasty treats and provisions. It's such a peaceful cozy place with a wonderful view of the sea. Scott communicates promptly and gives great recommendations. And that creme brulee donut, yum!!!

We had a PHENOMENAL stay in the Pelicans Nest. Endless amenities, beautiful place, super cold AC and lots of peace and quiet! Already planning our next stay at one of Chucks many properties! We had such a good stay! The home is very clean and comfortable and the furniture, decor, and the landscaping are so pretty! They have done a lovely job making the space beautiful, comfortable, and feel like home. There was plenty of space for our family of 7. We really enjoyed our time in PSJ - our first time there, but definitely not our last. The town is great with an adorable downtown area and lots of shops and restaurants. Just a short drive to the beach or Cape San Blas.

We loved staying here and having a place so close to local bars and restaurants! And the Air B&B itself was so lovely. We especially enjoyed the patio and sunset view! I’d highly recommend staying here!

Couldn't be happier with our stay! Lovely place to stay while visiting the beach. The place was perfectly clean, very easy to find, and both the bed and pull out bed were comfortable. Plus the front yard is absolutely GORGEOUS! If we come back to Panama city and this place is available we will definitely stay again

Fantastic house and location! We really enjoyed the privacy and views. It's set far enough off of the road to be quiet except for a little bit of traffic sounds during the middle of the day. The 2 decks are great options for enjoying the outdoors at different times of day. We did find some issues with biting bugs at certain times, but it's Florida. A screen on the smaller deck could be a great addition. The bedrooms are roomy and very comfortable. Also the options of 1 king or 2 queens are not the norm and were perfect for our family. There are lots of nice amenities such as kayaks, beach chairs, games, etc. Doreen was very quick to respond to questions leading up to our stay. Absolutely recommend this place and would stay there again.

I can't say enough about our host, Ben was extremely informative, reliable and available. The house was very clean and had all the amenities you could need. We had a wonderful experience and it is very close to the town and beaches. We would not hesitate to use this Air BnB again.

My family and I felt right at home at this place. It was so lovely, outside was adorable. Inside had everything we needed. Especially a fan of the big wheels on the beach cart made it a breeze to carry all our stuff down to the Oceanside. A very quick easy walk. Kitchen came more stocked than I thought with every pot/pan I could need. My 6 year old especially loved the outdoor toilet and shower. The outside “recreation” area also was fantastic. Highly recommend this place and will be staying again definitely!!!

We have travelled to this area for years and this is by far the best house we have stayed at. Gorgeous house, plenty of space for our big family. We had a blast with the golf cart, E-bikes and video games. Beach chairs were in excellent condition. House was beautifully decorated. My only complaint is they made us leave , I could have stayed forever LOL . Even accommodated a late check out. Communication is top notch. We will definitely be repeat customers . Thanks Darin for the best Mother’s Day a mom could have.

Great place to stay to do some fishing. Super close to the water, quiet neighborhood and nice house. Big backyard with grill and fireplace which was awesome for hanging out after fishing. Hoping to stay here again soon.

This was the perfect place for a vacation with kids!! Beautiful, just as described, and right on the water. The owners have thought of everything! My only recommendation would be to bring water shoes as there is a line of rocks, shells, and other ocean debris right at the high tide line. Beyond that, the water is shallow at high tide and opens up to an awesome sandbar and tide pool area during low tide, great for finding crabs, sand dollars, and other ocean critters! We will definitely be back!!

We were also blown away by all the extra touches — from the selection of books and card games to the thoughtful toiletry items you provided. It really made the stay feel so welcoming and personal. Great place for an affordable getaway! I traveled here with my wife and 1 year old son, and it was perfect. Very family oriented. Pools and beaches were beautiful. We will definitely be back

Wonderful place right on the beach. Was perfect to go to the water, and then back inside to eat or take a break. The balcony was heavenly in the morning to have coffee. Hosts were wonderful and answered questions quickly. Would love to stay again when in the area.
