Kennedy Town is a trendy living area in HK. 15mins away from Central, the neighborhood is very safe and peaceful with many newly opened restaurants and cafés. Brand-new one-bedroom with spacious living room and patio. Full kitchen with dishwasher, oven and other necessary appliances. It is 2 min walk to the Central escalator, 8 min walk to the MTR, 1 min walk to the first restaurants of Soho, and has a lift. Air conditioning and heating (valuable in winter) with split unit air conditioning inverters. A Bose bluetooth speaker, Nespresso coffee machine, Delonghi oven, will make you feel home even more.

Lovely home and great location. We stayed at Barry's home for 3 nights and we had a great time. Shops and restaurants are in walking distances. Tram is a few minutes walk. Don't get shocked by the stairs and common area of the building, it's all part of Hong Kong experience. Apartment itself is well equipped. I found the aircon in the bedroom is quite loud so I just turned on the one in the living room and the cold air cools down the whole place while we were sleeping at night. Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful apartment with amazing views. The apartment was very clean and tidy in a great location although the hill to get there could be difficult if you’re not fit! Not too far from the village which has restaurants, bars and shops. There’s a nice little shop right near the apartment which has essentials - food/wine/toiletries etc. Franziska was a great host, very helpful and accommodating. Would definitely recommend!
