70-metre three-room apartment recently renovated. Bright, spacious and with new furnishings. Balcony with beautiful mountain views. A few meters from the pedestrian center, in an area well served by public transport and full of free parking (many are adjacent to the house and can be used 24 hours a day except Sunday night for cleaning roads). There are grocery stores, pharmacies, tobacco shops, bars and restaurants nearby. The main monuments of the city (Roman Bridge, etc.) are just a few minutes away.
