Beachfront holiday rentals in Ao Khanom Municipal District

My partner and I stayed at Jana & Martin’s with our two young children and we loved it. The location is absolutely stunning. The house is really practical and a lovely place to stay. We loved eating food from the small bar area - delicious. Also, Martin makes a superb pina colada! Massages over looking the sea - heaven. Martin took us on a boat trip, which was really magical. Highly recommend. Fantastic swimming pool for the kids and lots of toys to play with. No need to bring drinking water as there is a cooler in the house, which was really helpful. Martin & Jana couldn’t have been more welcoming and helpful. We hope to come back one day to this really special place.

We absolutely loved this place. It was exactly what we needed. Huge private beach, gorgeous gardens, quiet surroundings. If you want to actually relax and not be mixed in with a party crowd on Samui, this is the perfect getaway. We almost extended our stay, because we liked it so much, but we had work and animals to attend to at home. It’s also cool that this place is flexible with its accommodations and that they can host up to 12 people. Well worth the money we paid. Also, worth noting that there are two support staff members on premise. They are extremely helpful and friendly, and even did some of our laundry. I have stayed at other villas before but the addition of staff makes this place extra special.

The property itself is perfect but the housing estate where the property is located is a bit abandoned, otherwise the property would be a perfect 5 stars.

The room is very nice and is right next to the swimming pool and literally around 10 meters away from the clean and almost private beach. Hosts are friendly and helpful. Highly recommended !

Fascinating and beautiful villa placed in a quiet place far away from noisy streets. Perfect for family staying with kids. Lovely private bay with amazing sunsets. Special thanks to administrator Tony and team of the villa, which made our stay unforgettable supplying us with delicious meals cooked on site and personal recommendations and tours given by Tony. Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt bei Wa. sie war mit Abstand die beste Gastgeberin, die wir je auf Koh Samui erlebt haben. Ihr Haus ist großzügig, sehr sauber, stilvoll eingerichtet und liegt in einer traumhaften Garten- und Poolanlage, die wir komplett für uns allein hatten – absolute Privatsphäre und Ruhe! Es hat uns wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Schon bei unserer Ankunft warteten ein paar Snacks und Getränke im Kühlschrank auf uns – eine sehr nette Geste. Wa war jederzeit erreichbar und hat uns bei allen Fragen schnell und hilfsbereit unterstützt. Sogar ein günstiges Taxi hat sie für uns organisiert. Die Lage des Hauses ist traumhaft. direkt an einem ruhigen, fast menschenleeren Strand, ideal für alle, die Erholung und Ruhe suchen, fernab vom Massentourismus. Auch preislich war der Aufenthalt absolut fair, und besonders angenehm war, dass am Ende keine zusätzlichen Kosten für Strom berechnet wurden. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. danke, Wa, für diese schöne Zeit!

Great location, great rooms, friendly atmosphere, great team👍🏾

We had a wonderful time at Wa’s home. Location was very beautiful and peaceful. We do recommend renting a vehicle to get around to restaurants, excursions, etc. as you are far from touristy things. You stay an Wa’s guest home so she is available if you need anything at all. Very responsive and helpful with advice and recommendations for all things - car rental, in home massage, excursions, laundry, etc. Basically, you name it, and Wa will do her absolute best to make it happen. Highly recommend staying here, you will not be disappointed. You will just look forward to staying again at Wa’s home and her friendly hospitality.

Die Unterkunft war top top top. Sehr familiär, es werden nur 4 Bungalows vermietet. Für Liebhaber von Fisch und Meeresfrüchten ein ausgezeichnetes Restaurant. Wir hatten den Transfer vom Flughafen dabei und es hat alles perfekt geklappt. Alle sind überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Ruhe ist wunderbar. Fotos der Unterkunft entsprechen 100% der Realität. Zusätzlich hatten wir das Glück luminiszierendes Plankton beobachten zu können. Wow! Ein einmaliges Erlebnis.

Property is steps from the beach. Nice home with all you need for a great vacation. Location requires transportation unless you stay home. Many restaurants surround the property. Moped rentals are available. The host was extremely responsive and assisted whenever necessary .
