Très belle propriété située au calme, spacieuse pouvant accueillir un grand groupe d amis ou famille. Très propre et à proximité de toutes les commodités. Une voiture est nécessaire pour pouvoir se deplacer. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour chez Raffaella.

If you are looking for the perfect spot for adults and kids, this villa is your place! My family and I had an amazing stay at Antonia’s villa. We had 3 families, including 5 kids aged 1 to 5. The villa is spacious, lots of room for everyone to spread out. Well equipped for children, including all the amenities you would need for young ones. The pool and lounge area overlook a breathtaking view! The animals were a big hit for the children, along with the fruit trees. Adrian brought a smile every morning bringing us fresh eggs, providing food for the animals (for the kids to feed), attending to the pool and grounds, and making sure we had everything we needed. We had Roberta cook us a 5 course meal one night, and the experience was amazing, authentic fresh Italian food enjoyed by all! Antonia is absolutely lovely, we met with her to purchase some of their olive oil. She made us feel at home and was great to communicate with! We had a dream vacation in Italy thanks to Antonia’s!

Quando si dice la vacanza perfetta.. Ecco qui lo è stata!!! Casa molto bella ordinata pulita e dotata di tutti i confort. Ma la ciliegina sulla torta sono stati i padroni di casa, Carlos la moglie Silvana e il figlio Alessandro. Persone stupende, disponibili sempre. Mettono gli ospiti a loro agio come fossero a casa. Non solo la consiglio ma noi di sicuro ci ritorneremo.

Un petit paradis sur terre. Nous avons vraiment passé un séjour incroyable dans la dépendance de Giorgia. Si vous recherchez un lieu calme et paisible, perdu au milieu de la nature à seulement 30 minutes de Rome, c’est le logement qu’il vous faut. La vue et la piscine privée complètent le charme d’une maisonnette propre et bien équipée. Si en plus de ça vous êtes des amoureux des animaux, vous serez vraiment comblés avec des chats aussi mignons qu’affectueux, un âne, un cheval et des chiens qui rendent l’expérience encore plus inoubliable. On reviendra, c’est sûr !

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful property in Monteleone for our first trip to Italy. The home was perfectly situated, with breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside, even more stunning than the photos. The property itself was peaceful, well maintained, and a perfect place to relax after exploring nearby towns. Giacomo and his family were very warm and welcoming, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches around the home that made it feel cozy and authentic. Special thanks to Giacomo for helping to arrange the return of an item we left behind. Highly recommend!

Traumhaft schöne Lage in den Bergen, schöner Pool und gute funktionelle Einrichtung. Man muss sich nur im klaren sein, dass es ein sehr ruhiger Ort ist und man für Ausflüge oder Ähnliches min. 30 min bis 2 Stunden fahren muss was für uns aber völlig ok war. Angelo ist ein toller Gastgeber, wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Ottimo alloggio, pulito e confortevole. Esterno attrezzato adatto per le famiglie e host gentile e disponibile. La zona è molto tranquilla (pregio!) Ma per spostarsi serve la macchina

È stato un piacere stare alla casa di Vincenzo e Tracy! Le due sono molto gentili e la casa e incredibile! La cucina e grandissima e le stanze sono aperte e grandissime. Anche in inverno c'è un forno pellet e è molto bello prendere un caffè nel sole alla terrazza o fare un barbecue abbruzzese. Ci vuole una macchina per fare escursioni e spese (per esempio la città di Atri e gli calanchi sono molto belli!). Grazie di tutto!

Das Apartment war war sauber und das Bett war sehr bequem. Wir haben auf der Durchreise eine Nacht in Diegos Apartment verbracht und für uns hat es gut gepasst.

This is such a beautiful area! We had a long weekend out of the city and it was perfect. The views are stunning, and the place comes equipped with everything you might need. Elena was responsive and helpful. A hidden gem!

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno fantastico in questo appartamento! La posizione era perfetta. Claudio è stato super disponibil. L'appartamento era pulito, accogliente e ben arredato, con tutte le comodità di cui avevamo bisogno. Ci siamo sentiti come a casa! Consiglio vivamente questo posto a chiunque voglia esplorare la zona. Torneremo presto!!!

Il casale Mariella non è un semplice soggiorno,è un'esperienza che ti fa vivere grandi emozioni. Si respira l'affetto sincero. La tenuta è meravigliosa, la casa è attrezzata in maniera ineguagliabile, lo spazio esterno ampissimo circonda la casa ed è presente un'amaca e una vasca idromassaggio. I padroni di casa ti accolgono come se fossi un loro parente, tutto super curato, un weekend che sarà difficile dimenticare..si stacca la spina da ogni problema o preoccupazione, davvero incredibile la pace che si rspira. Tutto molto pulito, Mariella,il marito e la figlia sono delle persone che è raro incontrare. Grazie ancora.

Ein Ort mit freundlichen und liebevollen Menschen, tolles Haus inmitten der Berge und wir haben alles vorgefunden, was wir benötigen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war perfekt und wir können die Wohnung, den Ort in den Bergen und den Gastgeber sehr empfehlen.

The apartment is great, better than the photos - recently renovated, fully furnished, great view from the main terrace and located in a small village which is quiet. It is a duplex, connected by stairs, has self-check in and two toilets and one shower. Francesca was friendly and flexible, allowing us to check in before 11am

This place is a hidden gem! The town is beautiful, the people are very friendly. We only stayed one night, next time we will stay longer. How Airbnb should be: great attention from the host, a very comfortable homely apartment at a good price. Fully recommend staying here, relaxing and discovering the area which is so rich in history and culture.

The accommodation was perfect, great location, close to walks, activities, historic sites and shops. There is a lakeside bar a short walk away. Views from the house looking out to Lake Scanno and the mountains are spectacular! Great hosts, very responsive. Host superlativo, casa d'altri tempi da lasciarti senza fiato, paesaggio, scorci e posti da visitare meravigliosi. Consiglio vivamente tappa al ristorante Zarthman, mai mangiato così bene, cibi preparati con amore e solo con l'utilizzo di materie prime del posto biologiche di prima scelta e vini biodinamici. Una spanna su tutti i formaggi gourmet, gli arrosticini con carne di pecora locali e la tenerissima pecora dei briganti tenerissima. Grazie, torneremo appena possibile

Mogen we ook 8 sterren geven? Wij verbleven 6 nachten in het huis van Lamberto. De weg door de smalle straatjes er naartoe is even zoeken maar uiteindelijk kom je er wel. Er is een prive parkeerplaats vlak bij het huis maar omdat wij elke dag op pad gingen hebben wij de auto op het pleintje in het dorp geparkeerd. Wat een fijn, ruim en schoon huis. Ondanks de warmte blijft het huis heerlijk koel. Wij hebben met veel plezier de verzamelingen en andere leuke/mooie dingen van Lamberto bekeken. Alles is meer dan compleet aanwezig. Buiten kan je heerlijk zitten zowel in de schaduw als de zon. Door het grote afdak kan je ook met regen buiten zitten. Prachtig uitzicht en volop vogeltjes, hagedissen en vlinders. De poezen uit de buurt komen ook regelmatig langs. We hebben aan onze conditie gewerkt met het dartbord en het tafelvoetbalspel... Dank je wel Lamberto voor de vriendelijke communicatie en al het lekkers wat je voor ons had neergezet. Wij hebben het echt heel fijn gehad!

Abbiamo alloggiato 2 notti ad Aragno, un tranquillo paese a 1000 metri d'altitudine e a pochi chilometri dall'Aquila. La casa a nostra diposizione era in perfetto stato: pulita ed ordinata. Posteggio privato all'interno di un vialetto protetto da cancello. Esperienza positiva. Stefano.

Een heerlijk huis, met een werkelijk fantastisch uitzicht! De ontvangst door Beci was bijzonder gastvrij. Keuken was voorzien van alle benodigdheden en de douche had een goede straal . We hebben een heerlijke tijd gehad.

The location, views and town of Norma is beautiful. The accommodation was spotless on arrival with a warm welcome. It’s a shame there are some works on the road out front and no views from The apartment it’s self, but in time they will be gone, the new laid road will be beautiful and views aren’t too far of a walk away. Staff at the bar below were lovely and friendly. They recommended a lovely restaurant round the corner.
