Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in Antrim and Newtownabbey

A group of 11 of us came for a two night stay. Darin was a very welcoming and friendly host. From showing us around upon arrival and allowing us ample time to check-out, he made us feel welcome and at ease throughout our stay. There were many restaurants and local shops/bars in the area. It was a great location to the main city centre area too and easy to get taxis to and from also. The property itself had two balconies and everything was clean and as described. None of us had a bad word to say about the accommodation itself and the area was quiet at night too. I would highly recommend this place for a big group looking to visit Belfast for a trip. A very nice apartment which was clean, quiet, and spacious. Queen’s University is very close as is the Botanical Gardens and History Museum. The host was very responsive and quick with local suggestions. Cons: slightly involved actually getting to and in the apartment building. The BR with shower only was difficult to operate and wasn’t able to get hot water and the BR with combo shower/tub was scary getting in and out of being raised so far off the ground with a glass shield that unexpectedly moved. Would have liked an easier entrance exit situation for sure and less importantly could have used an extra towel. Overall, a good experience but being older will look elsewhere next time.

It was our first time in belfast and there was 7 of us. I think that Darin’s place was the perfect apartment for us and we made our experience much better in exploring the city.

Darin's apartment is clean, safe, comfortable, and equipped with everything I needed to make it quickly feel like home. The balcony and parking were great, and it's in an excellent location close to plenty of shops and restaurants. Darin was an excellent host and I would happily stay there again.

Great apartment, just off the Lisburn Road, walkable to shops, bars and restaurants. Very good size, plenty of space. Lovely comfy beds. Great kitchen. Felt at home and would definitely stay again.

We really enjoyed staying at Paula's flat, it made our trip much easier. Paula was super accommodating for both us and our dog. Found the flat very comfortable and homely, easy to find everything. On arrival Paula was there to meet us not just with a friendly hello and some recommendations but with a whole bag of groceries as well - we couldn't get through it all! We felt safe and happy in the flat and location and are going back in March! I can't fault the flat or Paula at all. Thank you so much and looking forward to seeing you again in March!

The apartment was walkable to central Belfast, though the immediate vicinity was still under development. The facilities were comprehensive for 4 visitors , and the welcome was helpful, with an early check-in offered and taken up.

Thanks for the stay! This place was right next to all the great restaurants in the cathedral district. We were only here a very short time, but this was a great landing spot for us!

Feels like a high-end hotel with the benefit of three bedrooms, three baths and a kitchen. We loved the views from the 11th floor. All the windows and the three small balconies make this property very special. Clean and modern. As well stocked an Airbnb as we've ever stayed in (ranging from comfortable beds to plenty of dishes), which made it feel like a home vs. a rental. Plus, as a bonus, a perfect location.

The flat was beyond expectations. Truly the pictures do not do it justice. The location was great for all the tours and dining spots we wanted to do on our trip. The beds were extremely comfortable and large. The bathrooms were also quite large, clean, and stocked with anything you may have forgotten! Communication with Gary was exceptional, and he was very responsive! We would absolutely stay here again if/when we return to Belfast!

Me and my partner stayed for 2 nights, we were greeted by John who is a lovely gentleman very welcoming, great location, we stayed in the stables and it was very clean, tidy and spacious, we had everything we would need at hand, very quiet at night which was lovely for a great nights sleep, we tried the local Chinese takeaway which the menu was in our welcome pack and it was amazing we both enjoyed it. We definitely recommend the stay and we can’t wait to be back!

One of the Best Stays We've Ever Had! We had an absolutely wonderful stay with Michael and Eimear in Randalstown. From the moment we arrived, they were warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful—always just a message away if we needed anything. Their genuine kindness made our visit even more special. The apartment itself was beautiful—spotlessly clean, cozy, and thoughtfully set up with everything we could possibly need. It truly felt like a home away from home, and we thoroughly enjoyed every moment of our stay. Michael and Eimear went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, and it’s clear they genuinely care about creating a great experience for their guests. They are a fantastic husband-and-wife team, and their hospitality made all the difference. We would highly recommend staying here to anyone visiting the area—it’s one of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve ever had. Thank you again, Michael and Eimear! We hope to return in the future.

Myself and my partner stayed at keelans accommodation on Saturday night to Sunday and really enjoyed our time there, the room came equipped with everything we needed from tea bags to fresh towels and we had easy access to the bathroom, our host was very friendly and accommodating, and it certainly helped that his cats were so adorable, we would certainly recommend this property and would love to come back.

the house and annex were outstanding and had everything we needed. Beautifully clean and some very generous welcoming treats. Our family had a fantastic weekend.

Staying at Clare’s place was an excellent experience. From the very beginning, she was kind, warm, and incredibly thoughtful. She is without a doubt one of the kindest people I’ve ever met, always ready to help and make sure everything was perfect. The place was spotless, comfortable, and cozy. You can really tell how much care and dedication she puts into hosting. She truly makes you feel at home. I absolutely recommend staying here. If you’re looking for a great place, go for it, you won’t regret it!

I enjoyed an excellent stay here while in the area for work. Clem's place is lovely. A clean, quiet, cosy, comfortable home from home. Clem is extremely welcoming and helpful. I would definately return.

This is a quiet and clean block, Mr. Rory is very friendly and patient. He repeated " just feel at home" for many time, this made me so relaxed and welcomed. The bed is super soft and comfortable,the kitchen is well-equipped. Mr. Rory is super handsome and tall, he smiles like sunshine. I will choose to live here next time.

Christopher‘s place is amazing really comfortable Stay. beds are really comfortable. right next to the beach a lovely pub just a short walk away. I would highly recommend staying here. The whole experience has been perfect from start to finish.
