Excellent arrangements and a beautiful view.

We had a very pleasant stay. It is centrally located in Old Havana and walkable to everything. My high rating is relative to Cuba and do not expect everything to be perfect (water pressure, internet, etc). The terrace was a nice addition and offered great views. The host was very responsive and Norma helped so much after we arrived.

Our stay here was wonderful! From the scenery outside, to the well thought out card we were left with inside. Everything was clean and nicely kept. Instructions on how to get in were very clear and concise. We also enjoyed watering the plants every morning, it gave us something to do! Such a good experience all together, would definitely recommend!

What a pleasure it was to experience San Juan with Paloma’s place as a base camp! There is an enchanted feel to old San Juan and Paloma’s place captures that in her creative and comfortable space. Bed was super comfortable as well. Thanks for helping make our visit special!

This property was beautiful! Looked just like the description. Upon arrival, the apartment was spotless and there were no issues with checking-in. There are a few restaurants that are in walking distance, but otherwise, you need a rental. I would absolutely stay here again! The locals are so friendly and welcoming. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful place!

Definitely recommend. Stayed here for a few nights with my girlfriend and Fernando was very helpful with the check-in. He explained all of the excursions to us in person once we arrived and he organized every taxi we needed including to and from the airport. Fernando is very knowledgeable about things to do, places to eat, etc. and is a great source of info. WiFi was great and worked the entire time. Fernando also provides water for a small price to avoid drinking any water that could potentially make non-Cubans sick. Place was very clean, well air conditioned, and right in the heart of old Havana. I would definitely come again.

This was the perfect couples getaway. This villa was in the perfect location, close to the airport and about 10-15 mins away from all the hotels and local shops. I would recommend renting a car it's cheaper for sure. Jeffrey was very responsive and let us check in way earlier than planned, he also had drinks in the fridge for us which was so kind of him! We explored all the beaches and Jeffrey had some beach chairs that we could borrow which was great. If I could add something to the villa it would be a full length mirror for those outfit checks :) Overall, 10/10 experience and would definitely book again.

Stay was perfect. Had issues with Tesla charger and she had someone on site within an hour fixing and troubleshooting the issue, fixing it and going above and beyond with any help, questions, concerns etc. I stayed with my family and although the pool is not gated the house itself had perfect child lock on the back door to prevent any accidents etc. kids loved the PS5 and arcade machine. Pool is warm and perfect to cool off, grill and entertainment like pool table, ping pong table etc kept everyone entertained.

Lisa is an excellent host! Not our first stay here for a business trip. Everything was perfect, a home away from home.

It was the perfect fit for our needs, and the scenery alone was worth every dollar. The property offers easy access to many must-see spots and activities around San Juan. Everything about the listing is clear and accurate: what you get and what you don’t is outlined transparently. The check-in instructions are tailored to answer every possible question: simple, helpful, and clear. Javier’s communication, both before and during our stay, was flawless. Another major plus: safe, secure parking, something you don’t always find. You can tell this place is well cared for. I’ll definitely be back and will recommend it to anyone visiting the island.

Great stay at Jorge and Abdel‘s apartment. The apartment is perfectly located, directly next to the beach. Grocery store nearby. Bus to the airport AND Miami Downtown stop directly in front of the apartment. Very nice and safe place! Would totally recommend. If we come back to Miami, we would definitely book it again.

We had an amazing stay at Frank’s place! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described. The location was perfect—close to everything yet peaceful and quiet at night. She is, without question, the best Airbnb host I’ve ever encountered. Incredibly warm, responsive, and genuinely helpful, Olga went above and beyond to make our stay seamless, offering fantastic local recommendations and resolving any issues immediately. The restaurants at the fishing lodge were absolutely sublime, with food and service that exceeded expectations. We visited during the off-season, which made for an incredibly peaceful and serene experience—perfect if you're looking to unwind. We practically had the beach and pool to ourselves! One tip for future guests: consider renting a car or buggy to get around Cap Cana, as many restaurants and activities are spread out. That said, this property is an absolute gem. If you're thinking about visiting Cap Cana, don't hesitate.
