Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Antibes Harbor

This first-floor appartment is a little gem. Stylish and clean, it is in a fantastic spot for people-watching in the heart of the picturesque old town. The provençale market, marina, main square, coastal promenade and beach are just a couple of minutes’ walk away. Facilities are excellent - dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, kettle, comfortable bed, good shower and effective air con/heating. There are even beach chairs and mats to borrow. The host is charming and responsive and was quick to help when we had a tripped fuse. We would return in a heartbeat and recommend without hesitation. Merci Aurélia! NB There is a smart and popular restaurant downstairs so if you are a light sleeper be prepared with ear plugs as you can expect some noise, but no music and nothing excessive.

WOW! Forget 5 Star….Michael’s apartment deserves 10! Definitely the best holiday accommodation we’ve ever stayed in. Gorgeous apartment in a perfect location with glorious views….and everything we could possibly need for our stay. It was lovely to receive a warm welcome from Claudia who greeted us at the apartment and showed us the ropes. It was great to know if we did have any problems, Claudia was at hand to help. We cannot wait to return!!

Great location and very walkable to everywhere. Place is very clean and open. Kitchen is very functional and clean. Even though it is close to everything it is still quiet inside. Minimal street noise. Parking is not included and the paid lot across the square is €43 per day. There is a free parking lot (for 2 days, €5 per day after that) that is about a 15 minute walk away. Would definitely recommend this place!

The views from the balcony of the apartment were fabulous...just what we wanted. A great view of the sea and the end of Monaco with views of the boats and se down at Larvotto. Carlow had given us great instruction on how to gain entry to the apartment which was very secure. We arrived in our own car so we had to gain entry to the flat with the for codes and downloading the Nuki app to open the door. Make sure you have reception and signal and have downloaded before you go or you might be a bit stuck. We retrieved the keys from the apartment then got the key to open the garage. This take you down to minus 3 where the parking space is. Not a big lift so make sure you have a smaller car. The apartment was small but perfect for the 4 of us to spend 4 nights in and the beds were so comfortable. We walked down all the steps to Larvotto and were able to catch a bus to the Palace from the bus stop and find the beach for eating out. Would definitely return. Thank you Carlos

We had a wonderful stay here! Carole was incredibly warm and welcoming — even when we had some questions late at night, they responded promptly and kindly, which we truly appreciated. The room was clean and cozy: the bed was super soft and comfortable, everything from the bedroom to the bathroom was spotless, and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. Plus, the view was absolutely lovely — waking up to the morning sunlight really set a positive tone for the day. The location was absolutely unbeatable — right across from the train station! We could leave just in time and still catch our train with no stress at all. Super convenient! The only small thing was that the Wi-Fi wasn’t particularly fast, but it wasn’t a big issue for us. Overall, thank Carole so much for the lovely stay and warm hospitality!

Lovely stay - excellent location tucked just inside the old part of the city a few steps from one of the main squares, quiet but easily accessible. It’s a ground floor apartment, so no stairs to climb, but felt very safe. Aurelie helped us find secured parking for our rental car close by and arranged private transport to the airport on our departure. Recommended.

Absolutely lovely property. We had an amazing few days here. The location is perfect in the old town, close to all the restaurants and shops. Wonderful view from the terrace. Communication with Yann couldn't have been better and he was very helpful and accomodated all our requests. Brilliant. I cant recommend the property highly enough. We would definately go back.

Picasso by the Sea was exactly as described. Beautiful, bright, clean with a very well appointed kitchen and beautiful views of the Mediterranean. The location was perfect, a few steps from the Market and many very good restaurants. Our host provided very clear instructions on how to access the house and responded very quickly to our queries. Loved it !

A small group from our cycling club had an amazing stay at the property. Riding the nearby climbs of the Eze, Madone and Mont Chauve. Exploring the local villages, towns as well as Nice. After a good day's cycling we came back to the villa and enjoyed the spacious garden, views and pool. The property had lots of room to relax, all the amenities and a great kitchen for cooking. A superb place to stay, we will be back!

We adored this apartment! The views on each level were dreamy. Looking out over the blue water dotted with sail boats and yachts was amazing! We walked everywhere, ate gorgeous food and shopped. The house was perfect and the host was so nice! I’d stay here over and over again!

Let's make it brief: We felt very, very comfortable here! Beautifully located accommodation in great nature - lemon trees, various herbs and of course the many olive trees. There is a great pool, a big trampoline, a ping pong table and boules! At the chapel sun loungers, barbecue, a nice terrace to eat outside. And inside a high-quality furnished accommodation with a lot of charm in which all the details were really thought of! And although the weather unfortunately did not always do what we would have liked, we had - also thanks to Chrystelles excursion tips - all four fantastic Easter holidays!

A perfect and relaxing accommodation, located in an ideal setting. Everything is designed for comfort, and it feels like our hosts obviously take pleasure in hosting. We had a lovely time. Thank you!

comfortable house. stocked with everything as described. We also found in a welcome kit in the kitchen and bathroom very close to the sea, a 3-minute walk away. staying with the family. comfortable sofa bed. comfortable bed. pillows too high. large and comfortable shower. Benjamin is quick and courteous in his responses. The house was ready even before 4:00 pm, although we entered after. Very small elevator but not only needed two floors. A balcony furnished with a small table, chairs and two lounge chairs. Some pigeons kept us company. they recommend it for both families and couples. Three small but well-stocked supermarkets under the house and 5 minutes away from clubs and restaurants the historic center of Antibes ai reaches in 9 minutes by car. to see of course.

We had an amazing stay! This place has everything you need and more. Walkable to so many restaurants and very large grocery store right out the front door of the building. Beach access and roof top pool. Washing machine and dryer were perfect! Corinne was so responsive and so kind. Thank you! We hope to stay here again soon!

If you are looking for a peaceful place, with a breathtaking view and perfect for a romantic moment as a couple. This accommodation is made for you. In the morning you will wake up to the birds singing, in the evening you will admire the sunset with this unobstructed view of Cannes and its surroundings. Julien is a very pleasant, smiling, very responsive host who takes care of his accommodation in terms of the decoration, the cleanliness of the premises, the amenities he offers so that you have a wonderful time together. We were happy to find this little treasure, every night.

Jasmin's place was just perfect! wonderful location just a few steps from town. the view from the balcony is lovely. the place was very clean and beautifully decorated. and brian was a fabulous communicator with quick responses to any questions i had. i would highly recommend staying here!

Judy was nice and communicative. Check in was easy. The neighborhood is convenient and easy to navigate. The elevator was good. The air conditioning was good. The recent renovation was good. I would stay here again.
