Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Anthem, Phoenix

Jay was very responsive any time I had a question and was very proactive. Pictures of the unit are precise and I will be staying here again. Love the gym area as well. There is plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. Great accommodations

I had a fantastic stay at this beautiful home. The space was clean, stylish, and exactly as described, if not better. It felt warm and welcoming from the moment I walked in, with thoughtful touches throughout that made it easy to relax and feel at home. Derek was exceptional, friendly, professional, and incredibly responsive. Anytime I had a question or needed something, they replied quickly and were super helpful. It really made a difference in the overall experience. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed place to stay. Everything was excellent, very clean, and the house was fully equipped and very spacious. The heater in the pool was very useful, and we loved the pool too. Overall, everything was excellent. I just recommend that future guests pay close attention to the address they give because you can drive and end up at another house. Make sure it's Avenue if you want to get to the right address.

House was perfect. Cathy was super friendly, she checked in to make sure we had everything and responded quickly. The house was just as it was listed , kid friendly, close to restaurants, grocery stores, pool was sparkling clean! I would recommend her house to anyone and next trip to AZ I will be booking this house again 😊

Beautiful modern home with everything what you need! The shopping plaza right next to house and the host was proactive !

Jen's home was so beautiful, spacious and comfortably. The pool and hot tub in a fenced backyard was spectacular with the waterfall trickling in the background, we never wanted to leave. But we didn’t have to go but a mile or two for all kinds of shopping and restaurants. This lovely place is far from the maddening crowds. We spent a month but wished it was longer. Thank you Jen

Condo was just as described, very homey and welcoming. Everything was clean and just like a home, dishes, soap, iron, pads, tampons, shampoo, everything incase you forgot something!! The area was nice, would have loved to have access to the pool but overall the stay was perfect

We stayed at this lovely condo for four nights, and we were 100% pleased with our stay. The unit was exactly as pictured and described with all the comforts of home. It was very clean and quiet. The pool and hot tub areas were lovely and quiet. Was nice to see the different types of vegetation throughout the complex. Quick drive/Waymo to some great restaurants and Old Town Scottsdale. Rene was a very pleasant and responsive host! We would not hesitate to recommend.

Clean, cozy and awesome location nearby the amphitheater. Would for sure stay here again next concert. Grateful for a restful night!

Just as described—this is a beautiful little place with access to pools, perfect for a relaxing stay. While it’s not very walkable for those looking to explore restaurants or bars nearby, it’s just a quick Uber ride to most spots. One big plus: it’s located very close to the zoo, which was super convenient!

Perfect unit/amenities in a very walkable area- just as described. Really enjoyed that the kitchen had everything needed to cook. Great communication from Aaron with easy checkin/out.

Anthony’s place is absolutely stunning! The location is perfect and the views were beautiful! The attention to detail was amazing, we had absolutely everything we could possibly need. Would definitely stay here again!

The apartment is for sure worth it. The beds were so comfy and the place was very clean! The only downfall is it is very hard to locate. The map of the complex was not very helpful as far as navigating to get to the leasing office for food deliveries, etc. But overall, I was satisfied.
