Waterfront holiday rentals in Anseong-si

Recommendable place to stay, there a lot of things to do near by, we had a great stay! Extremely clean and near a subway station which gives you easy access to every location, also great host, explained everything we needed to know and more, definitely would stay here again if available on my next visit.

房间宽敞，物品齐全，热水充足，地点好找，地铁站5分钟距离，楼下有便利店，地铁站附近有商场和小吃街。来的时候可能外边气温低，屋里地板有点凉，窗户有点漏风，外边刮风下雨时有点冷。

Great stay, very nice location and a lot of restaurants and cafes nearby.

This is a lovely space in a wonderful location. The windows look out to the large and beautiful lake park, which is always lively with people out on walks and picnics on nice days. I'd say one of the best parts of our stay here is its close promixity to this park, which is surrounded by restaurants, coffee shops, and stores. The host is responsive and welcoming. Overall pleasant experience!

너무 나이스한 위치에 공간도 좋습니다 다만 약간 오래된 느낌이 있지만 그걸 다 상쇄하는 위치와 뷰가 있어 멋진곳입니다 가성비 좋은곳입니다

숙소가 깔끔하고 청결해서 좋았어요. 방마다 에어컨이 설치되어있어서 쾌적하게 잤어요. 어메니티도 잘 준비되어있고, 숙소와 시장이 도보 1분컷이라 부족한 식자재를 바로바로 공급할수 있어서 지리적인 위치 최고!! 문의사항에 호스트님이 바로바로 피드백 주셔서 멤버들 모두 만족했던 즐거운 여행이였어요:)

4인가족 숙소로 너무 좋았습니다. 아이들과 함께 넓고 편안하게 쉴수 있었습니다. 편의점이 가까이 있어 좋았습니다. 침구류가 깨끗해서 좋았습니다. 주변에 가로수길과 접근성도 좋아서 짐 풀고 가볍게 산책하고 저녁을 먹기도 너무 좋더라구요.

지하철역이랑 가까워서 좋았고 청결하게 관리되있어서 잘 지내다 갑니다~~

아이들과 롯데월드 가려고 숙박했는데 석촌호수길로 걸어서 가기 너무좋았고 롯데월드 폐장시간까지 신나게 여유있게 즐기다가 집에 돌아왔어요 ㅎ 방도 깔끔하고 내집같은 기분이들었고 깨끗하고 향기로운 숙소였어요.ㅎ 새벽에 밖에서 소음이 들려 중간중간 깼는데..😂아이들은 잘 자더라구요.😅 다음날 롯데타워까지 신나게 구경했어요. 도보로 이동이 가능해서 너무 편하고좋았고 편의점이나 음식점이 근처에 많아 좋았어요.😆

생각보다 위치가 멀었어요 숙소는 깔끔하고 정원이 잘 가꿔져 있어요

Loved that it was very close to Lotte World and the malls. I have two little children (4 and 7) and 7 year old did not complained about walking to places. Washer and dryer was a life saver since it was hot and we had to change clothes/take shower often. Most toiletries are available and hair straightener was a life saver! Children also enjoyed wall projector during downtime. Just an FYI for future visitors, the area gets super crowded during evening (taxi was having a hard time driving through crowds), but empty during earlier hours (taxi was able to get to us quick because no foot traffic during check out time)

If we lived in Seoul we would love to live in a place like this. We try to stay here any time we come up to Seoul!! Super family friendly!

Read the reviews before my reservation so I was already prepared for the slopy road to walk up to the place (there is also neighbourhood bus with less freuency but could brg you to half way up). Since its on a hill, the air was fresh and you are able to see the hangang very well on a good weather. It was a pleasant stay overall ^^

I have stayed with this host at many locations it’s always an easy and comfortable stay. Will forever come back to stay with them :)

Хорошая квартира, отзывчивый хозяин, быстро отвечает, разрешил нам на 3 часа пораньше заселится. Рекомендую.

First of all, the room is neat and clean as you see on the pictures. Jeongja-dong is a hidden gem-like area near Seoul. Since the atmosphere of day and night is different and there are quite a few good restaurants nearby, you can stay in a peaceful and warm atmosphere without moving far away.

My family and I had a very pleasant and comfortable stay at Chris's place. The place was beautiful and we felt right at home after being out all day. Getting around was very easy with subway station located just right in front of the building and walkable distances to many places near by. As soon as we walked in on our first night, my family thanked me for finding such a beautiful place for our vacay in Seoul. Thank you for making our stay so comfortable and at home. We will definitely be back!!
