Family-friendly holiday rentals in Anseong-si

Yuna is a most wonderful host. Her immaculate attention to details and her warm personality in making our stay the best it could possibly be just made us felt at home throughout our stay. She had been a constant and attentive source of help and reference for us even though it goes far beyond her call of duty as a host. We want to thank her especially for going out of her way to arrange for a pickup of an item we left behind at a farm for a day trip, and her speedy responses and recommendations when we sought her help for booking rides for a big family and family attractions. Our place of stay was beautiful, very well maintained, clean and stocked with all the amenities we could ask for. The location is extremely convenient, located right next to Coex and the Bongeunsa train station, with eateries and convenience stores available all around us. Since it is a wooden building, there is a part where the kitchen floor is a little sagging, but it is natural aging, and it is a house designed for families who dream of a happy life with their children. It's still a good space that's well-maintained in detail.

My family and I greatly enjoyed our stay at Luyi’s apartment. The location was very convenient and easily accessible to both the 9 and 2 subway lines as well as the COEX mall. The apartment was very spacious and clean with amazing views of the city. Both rooms were also very spacious and comfortable. The furniture, including the sofas, were also very comfortable as well. Luyi was also a very friendly, helpful and responsive host. He checked in on us frequently and was always very fast to respond to any requests or questions we had. We also accidentally left a package behind and he graciously helped ship the package to us back in the States. We enthusiastically recommend Luyi’s place for anyone staying in Seoul and have already recommended it our friends.

Thoughtful attention to details and responsive communication made the stay extra nice. The place is much better than the pics, the hinoki tub is magical, and the surroundings are beautiful. Amazing place, will definitely go back.

I spent time in the house with my family. The flowers and plants on the terrace were wonderful, and there was so much kindness and consideration that many guests stayed. It was an accommodation where we could talk a lot because there were many cute props and photos. Thank you for the gift of good memories. Be happy😍

I came for a 3-night, 4-day training, but I was able to do laundry, etc. rather than staying at a motel, so it was nice not to have to bring a lot of clothes, especially in the summer when I sweat a lot. ^^ It was more spacious and tidy than I thought. ~! I rested well. ~ ^

The view of the Jeondi field and reservoir from the window of Room 1 is very good. The place to eat meat can be used even in the rain. The men's bathroom, women's toilet, and shower are separated, making it easy for groups to use. The building is aging than the pension information photos.

We enjoyed our stay overall—the location is excellent, with easy access to both metro and bus stations, and there are tons of great restaurants just around the corner. The space itself has a lot of potential, but there are a few things that could use attention. The outside staircase is missing a handrail on one side, which might be a safety concern for some guests. Inside, the ceiling could use a bit of cleaning, and we noticed some maintenance issues with the sink, shower, and bathroom as they were leaking. With a few repairs and a bit of upkeep, this place could be a fantastic spot.

It's a really nice place to go for a house with kids.:) You also prepared a children's chair, and you prepared both the air bounce and the cypress swimming pool. There was an extra topper in the bedroom as well as the bunk bed room. There was a camping hut for children in the garden, and the campfire and bench space were well arranged. There are many children's fairy tale books and props in the room, so it's great for taking pictures or playing with. The host was right next door, so he communicated quickly! I rested well before heading out.

I visited for the second time, but I had a good time. It's soundproof and a good place to play.

Six men in their 30s stayed. It was nice to be able to talk freely because there was no one around. I used both the 1st and 2nd floors and slept comfortably. The host was very kind and guided us, so we used it well without any inconvenience from check-in. If you come to enjoy the nearby Baekgoksu Leisure, I highly recommend it. It's 8 minutes by car, so it's close!

I was worried about the bedding because it was a rainy day, but it wasn't a problem at all!!! I highly recommend it to those who are sensitive to bedding. I slept more comfortably than at my house... ;( It's not easy on the way there, but the description is so detailed that you can just look at the description! I was worried about bugs, but while I was staying at the accommodation, I caught a fly that somehow came in and caught a housefly that was fluttering in the food waste! I didn't see Momo, but Chichi played well with the kids, so I enjoyed it! I had a really good rest with the kind owner and the clean and wonderful scenery accommodation~ Thank you so much for giving me coffee in the morning and even taking care of the children's drinks.
