Great small apartment whose layout makes the space very nice. It is very quiet and ideally located, 2 steps from the beaches and the promenade. The kitchen is well equipped. Parking space is a plus! Communication with Floriane was at its best! Thank you

A pleasant week spent in this apartment

Clear and detailed instructions for a self-check-in, perfect! The space was bigger than the impression that the photos had given me, clean and well-equipped The neighborhood, Lemon Bay, is awesome!!! The apartment overlooks "the back", so no noise disturbances.

We had a great stay in Franck's apartment with our family of 5 including two children and a toddler. The view is great, overlooking the ocean from the spacious balcony, and the beach is directly on the other side of the street. Everything was just as described, thank you! We highly recommend Franck's place :)

We had a lovely time at Jean-Luc and Sandrine’s beautiful home. It was a perfect place to base ourselves for a short stay in Noumea. Their place is a short walk from food, shops, and attractions. Jean-Luc was super responsive - we had a minor hiccup (a translation issue) about the number of beds required, so encourage you to be clear about bedding required. Otherwise, we had no issues finding the place or feeling at home. Highly recommend.

There was 6 of us friends and 1 toddler and the place was so great for us to enjoy ourselves. It felt very private and peaceful. The pool was amazing and the undercover outdoor area was the best for nighttime! Morgan was super accommodating and helpful. We would stay again!

We enjoyed our stay at Rachel's apartment and loved the area. The apartment has all the basics and was comfortable and clean. The location was great, with easy walking access to groceries, shops, restaurants and a beautiful beach. We would definitely book again on our next visit!

Amazing views, especially sunsets! We just enjoyed relaxing with a breeze through the suite, but also enjoyed the many nearby restaurants and shoreline walks. This was one of our many AirBnB stays over the years!!

Alexandrine was very welcoming and able to help us during our stay. The accommodation is perfectly located and allows you to be based in one of the best neighborhoods of Noumea to decorate the city and enjoy its activities. self check-in is very helpful for check-in flexibility.

I liked the place immediately; it is spacious, comfortable and relatively quiet. It is as described. The small garden is protected by a barrier that ensures a minimum of privacy. It's very nice to have meals on the terrace. The place is ideally located, close to restaurants and the beach, within walking distance. Camille and Ulysse are adorable and very responsive. I appreciated their way of inquiring about my well-being. In the kitchen as in the bathroom, there are a few small touches that make life easier in case you forgot to bring them. I would highly recommend this listing.
